There’s literally no underlying implication whatsoever, nobody who expresses these views says or thinks this, you’re just making shit up out of thin air. The problem is that male victims aren’t believed, or if they are their abuse is downplayed as not serious or celebrated as a win. Their masculinity is not being threatened, it is literally the thing that is preventing them from getting support

Also why does she phrase it as “openly male” that is so funny to me. I cannot stop thinking about openly male. It says so much.
