Everyone talks about the parallels between these two scenes, but the differences are just as interesting. When Ren takes Nora’s hand she looks surprised, almost shocked, and when she looks at him she’s hopeful, but still questioning if this is really happening, and if this really means what she thinks it does, but he only gives her a soft and reassuring smile. 

Yang takes Blake’s hand, and Blake doesn’t look surprised, she just gives her the softest smile. It does make sense, because this isn’t the first time they’ve been holding hands, and not the first time they’ve been touchy with each other, but I feel it also contains a much more important message. Nora wasn’t aware Ren had feelings for her, but Yang and Blake not only know about their own feelings for each other, they also both know the other feels the same.
