Decided to make this a personal diary for me. I’m struggling with my mental health so #tw for that

I hate my body

I hate food

I hate eating

I hate it all

Eating is scaring me again

Thinking of having to eat almost sends me into a panic

I’m getting worse and worse

Really bad really fast and I don’t know how to stop it or fix it

I don’t know if I want to stop it or fix it

I feel like I’ve hit a wall that has stopped me in my tracks of recovery and is making me turn around and undo all the progress I’ve made over the last year

I hate my brain

I just wish it’d shut up

That’s all.. for now..
