Well I understand your confusion, seeing you tagged this as patriarchy. When you use a patriarchy lens its hard to see men’s problems.
To help you understand, lets start with MRAs biggest talking points.
It is genital mutilation, but in the west it is legal. MRAs take issue with this because people think that it has benfits, and that FGM is way worse because it is done for sexual repression.
Circumcision was also done for sexual repression:

“ It is interesting to note that, although Kellogg acknowledges that circumcision probably did as much harm as good, the evils of masturbation were judged so great that it was always justified as a treatment in these cases.”
Female mutilators have the same mindset, yet the law protects females, and not males.
Boys are doing the absolute worst in schools due to the ‘feminisation’ of education such as more coursework, and the lack of recess (playtime in UK) which boys desperately need to be able to learn properly.
This happens in almost all western countries.

This is an MRA issue because by putting the system in women’s favour it blurs the right to education, and could be considered systematic sexism.
Due to failure in high school, it means that an unequal amount of men can get into university, which again, blurs the line of the right to education:

Firstly, a man has no right to parenthood. A woman can abort his baby without his consent or knowledge. If she keeps it, she can give it away without his knowledge due to safe haven laws. This means that men have their chance of fatherhood taken away from them, which is a man’s right.

A the article says, the only way a man can get his child back is through the “ responsible father registry” which barely any men are ever told about.
If she keeps the baby, but he does not want it, he is forced to pay child support. This is an MRA issue because he was forced to become a parent, but the woman was not.
The second part comes after a split.
The USA, Canadian, UK and many more courts favour women. This may be seen as sexism against women, but what would you rather have? To be presumed a fit parent or to be presumed an unfit parent? It is another cause of systemic sexism against men. This means that men don’t get to see their children, which blurs the line of the right to parenthood.
Imagine only being able to see your own child for four days out of a whole month, but still have to ‘foot the bill’ for it. This, along with being jailed for not being able to keep up with huge alimony payments can lead to mental health issues and suicide.
There are many more issues but this post is long enough.
To understand the MHRM, you cannot start with a patriarchy lens. If you do that, then you will ignore reality and see everything to be biased against women. Hope this helped.
