My opinion about today
i’m kind of disappointed in myself for all the bad stuff that i ate. today had so much potential considering i didn’t have to take breakfast and lunch, just dinner. so yeah that’s why i’m disappointed and def will do better tomorrow and every day after, i already punished myself with a 2hr workout that killed me ☠️

My opinion about today
Normally I’d be disappointed in myself for eating so much, because i didn’t have to. I’m still disappointed about the snacks lol, but I’m not being that hard on myself since this is my first day restricting a bit more.

i did a 36hr fast and felt like i was dying 🥰 i saw black for like 7 minutes and when i started seeing again i saw everything bright. but okay its just bc my body isnt used to fasting for a long time anymore

ok like im not gonna do a diet or whatever imma just try to do omad and then the omad is dinner. and ill try to go out more and walk in my school breaks. september is my month🥰
I kinda want to do a diet, starting tomorrow september 1st and do it for the whole month. BUT i just got back to ed behaviour, i have eaten normally for months and didnt do a lot of workouts. Maybe I’ll just workout 30 minutes-ish a day and keep to a limit of 700 calories?? And then in October i can try to do a diet? Or maybe after 2 weeks of eating max. 700 cals, i can do a 2week diet. ????

My opinion about today
At the end of the day I really felt like I had way more energy, because it was easier to do stuff. I was less tired, so it’s nice. I do feel guilty about the unhealthy foods I ate and it still feels like I should do my diet. But it’s okay, I’ll continue it next week! Also my dad thought I was suspicious for not eating anything unhealthy and wanting to eat salads and all so I think it’s good he saw me eat a dessert and popcorn. So yeah.

I hate this diet. It’s a 4 week diet and I started week 3, but I’m actually going to pause this week and continue next week. I have been feeling really tired and feeling like fainting so I think if I increase my calorie intake for this week I’ll feel better next week
