Nah cus I have maybe less than a handful of friends and they know where to find me if they need me, vice versa. Gotta have that open communication yknow? My best friend is someone I talk to maybe once a week, sometimes 2, sometimes 3... because we both got shit to do. We’re both independent, we’re busy trying to pay our bills and fix up our mental health. We don’t have the time or energy to explain that every time to each other - there’s never any apologies for “oh not seeing you,” because there’s a mutual understanding. I expect that for almost all of my friends cus... I’m assuming at this point that if you’re my friend then you know me 🤷🏻‍♀️ we’re much too grown for hints and nonsense.
