Gentleman said he was looking for me because I wasn’t in my usual spot. He had all the Arcadis books except book 9, which be bought. Then he bought my graphic novel, plus both blind to blood 🩸 books!! Only going to post if the stories are cool. This woman described herself as a super fan of my books. With a walker, she searched for my tent around the entire festival three times, even asking other people in the tents if they knew where I was. She asked firemen and police officers too! The boy had read all 5 of my Arcadis fantasy book series, loved them, and wanted the last 4. His mom wanted my murder/mystery and the sequel! Mind you, I am not taking pictures with everyone who has bought my books today. A young couple came to my tent. Her: I was hoping you were here this year! I bought your 2 poetry books last year. (She picks up my short story book called Shattered Lives, and wants to buy it.) The guy looks at my 9 book Arcadis series. Guy: Woah! I have your first Arcadis book! Me: Did you buy it from me last year? Guy: Nah. I stole it from my school’s library when I was a kid. Me: … Kay… Guy: It was my favorite book when I was a kid! Me: Have 8 more. Guy: Let’s get the second one! Her: Okay.
