My friends thank you so much for your amazing support during this our most difficult journey. I know many have inquired of her status and waited patiently for me to answer. So this update will pretty much bring everyone up to speed. Some did ask about me so I will first get that out of the way. Since my auto accident last December around the same time Kaminie was diagnosed, I am battling pain and discomfort myself. Rehab is over but my left knee has sidelined me from work until clearance hopefully by next week. It does not interfere with my Caregiver duties. Since we started this cancer journey, there have been some trying times and at times if it wasn’t for each of you and the grace of Jesus, I would have thrown in the towel already. It takes a lot of dedication to deal with the doctors offices, insurance and everything else that goes with it. It is a journey of extensive research and gut wrenching decisions. But I do it in a heartbeat because I love her so much. She deserves my full commitment and so much more. If you see your question is not answered in this post do text or WhatsApp me. Sometimes whenever I read your comments and messages it would bring tears to my eyes. We both pray for each of you frequently. This journey is not about us alone but to inspire and encourage each of you as well. Kaminie’s Status. Chemotherapy did not work out for her so I stopped it back in February. Radiation is not an option. Her cancer is too advanced to put her through the excruciating pain. At this time I am approaching her care on a three pronged threatment attack. After chemo I had to get help quick, so Todd N Deena Henry set up the GoFundMe account to help pay for the Intravenous Vitamins and Minerals Theraphy. It literally saved her life.
