Things to know about the Geostar Au are that Frisk and Chara are hybrids between monster and human. So their souls look something like the picture below 👇.

And the final thing to note is that Geostar is a Glitched Au that can not be fixed. It was made because of a glitch in the codes that forced a reset, that glitched everything so bad that it became something else. Something new and unexpected. It also wiped the minds of anyone who was involved in the resets. So no Sans can not remember meeting Frisk or any of the genocide play throughs.
