Some have already mentioned all the evidence for Spamton possibly being transmasc, but there is one fact I haven't seen anyone point out yet.

The sound test debug room.

If you find Spamton's voice in the list, by default it's higher than what he actually sounds like, the pitch needs to be manually lowered to 70% for it to sound like him in-game.

That alongside the NEO body giving him a far deeper voice, Spamton voice training real.

(Important part here is the pitch on the bottom right, the list doesn't match the names of the sounds for some reason sorry)
