I joined a gym!!
10/22 :) I'm so excited I actually joined the gym maybe at the end of September? It has been great! So far I have only been able to go to Zumba classes and do a few gym equipment but I'm just starting! It's really fun though idk why I didn't join a gym earlier!! :)

New goal
I know life got in the way of me being healthy and working out but no more!!! I have been trying to eat healthier and I can slowly start to see my body having more energy. It’s really tempting though when your on the go and you just want burger or McDonald but I must resist the temptations! Since tomorrow is July 1st Im going to start training for this race I wanna be in. It is a 5k stunt race I've never been in a race and I definitely want to try something new! Just got done doing a 15 minute cardio work out!!! I'm so tired. My mom and I did jumping jacks, mountain climbers, skaters omg it was intense

2/2/2015 I did cassey ho's stretches for beginners and a 10 minute workout for butt and abs. It was so difficult!!!! It makes me happy though I am finally exercising again. This year will be different. happy thoughts, happy vibes ;)

January 28th, 2015 first hike of the new year! I was dying bcuz I haven’t worked out in over 2 years but you know what? I forgot how much I love it. How much I love the wind rushing through my face and the fresh air :)

Sad how life always gets in the way of the things that you love the most! I love pilates with all my heart, but ever since changing my major to nursing I don't have time to do it. What's that saying tho? If you really want it, you'll find a way to get it.
I guess I need to say... pilates just isn't a priority anymore. I need to get my schooling done, and then I can focus on my exercise habits.
I still try to avoid fast food. I barely have it! yay me! and NO SODA.
Did you know you can actually clean your toilet with coke-a-cola? it's disgusting.
I have however signed up for a pilates class that i take twice a week for 50 minutes! I must say it's very fun and exciting and I'm happy to know I will get my exercise in.
As for next semester... that will be a different story! oh well thats why i have cassey ho's POP pilates DVD right? lol. Sorry for being MIA.
I will be MIA for a while.

I went jogging on saturday, I used my app and i can only jog 0.2 miles straight. I gotta keep training. slowly but surely, everyone is on their own fitness journey <3
