Sometimes love has cold caresses, like a barber’s razor.
hurry tf up, fall.
Sometimes there is no lesson being taught , sometimes things just aren’t fair and they hurt.
Life is full of ups and downs, pull yourself back up from that dark place and heal from what hurts.
If you don’t take the time to heal what broke you then you’ll bleed on someone who never cut you.
Take action
You deserve to wake up in the morning looking forward to something, whether it’s a cup of your favorite coffee or calling a friend or taking a walk outside. You deserve to walk through your day knowing that you’re enough and you’re valid. You deserve to go to bed loving yourself and knowing that you’re living life for you.
Shoutout to disabled people who don’t have a clear diagnosis, who might never have a clear diagnosis, mentally ill people who can’t get diagnosed due to finances, anxiety, trauma or family issues and Everyone struggling to get a diagnosis.
You are not alone and your illness is real even if it doesn’t have a name!! This month is about you too!
You've healed too much not to raise the bar on who has access your energy.
“’Trauma is not defined by how ‘big’ an event is. You don’t define trauma; your brain does it for you and you can’t control how it gets processed.’” – Jennica Leather
“The way you treat yourself is the standard you set for others.”
— Sonya Friedman
You make such a positive impact in this world just by being authentically you. Remember that.
