Anybody missing a wabbit? ...Or is this one wild? #zootopia #christchurch 🐰 (at ChristChurch Cathedral Transitional New Zealand)
Rain or shine, Monday is half marathon time. Today was real difficult though 🤢I don't know whether I was low sodium or what, but I had heaps of energy to push my pace but the moment I stopped I felt rotten. Still feeling really weak and sick (which makes refuelling a bit rough) anyone got tips for anti-nausea high protein vegetarian foods? Regardless, the training gravy train barrels on! It's not all sunshine and smashing records, but that's life 🤷🏻♀️✊️✌️

Good day for some brain laundry. 🤕🏃🏻♀️😊
The most adorable and wholesome part of my job, sometimes. Market research (love me some picture books)
Something I didn't anticipate (of the many, many things I didn't anticipate) in the process of creating RE:Edit would be the people. Yeah yeah I know - thank you @k.talb for re-introducing me to the concept of "Ubuntu" - but as someone who places sincere value on autonomy and independence (the one woman army!) I've had to both wrestle with and be completely humbled by the people who have helped me along my re-directing journey (More humbling, less wrestling I say). From the people who first championed my ideas, to the ones who saved them from the chopping block, to the individuals I've interviewed for content, and the ones who have become unexpected collaborators and partners in mischief - I am continually writing and re-writing my internal study of the capacity of others to surprise and delight. Got to play in the big kids' sandpit today with some real champs of the trade and was completely wowed by their graciousness, energy, and positivity. Good things gon' come folks 🙌 stay tuned 🙏 #makeithappen #getshitdone
Lost and found: an album of pressed flowers from Jerusalem, sent to my great-great Aunt Lucy by her brother Noel, who was killed in action in WW1. Love and fountain pen both withstand the test of time and I'm glad my family protects the legacy of these gestures.🥀
Typical morning at the Powell Homestead: listening to some new musical discovery on dad's valve amp (basically like having an entire concert hall in the living room), he's pulling some appliance apart and tinkering with it to make it into a brand new invention, and I'm drinking coffee and observing from afar. Because if you haven't created something that will improve your life before breakfast, or thought a new thought that hasn't been thought before, maybe you should rethink your priorities...? 😂 (life philosophies according to my father)

Old, new, broken, fixed, death, life. All in one place, and it's strangely beautiful and heartbreaking and hopeful all at the same time. Christchurch, you mysterious and majestic creature. (at Cathedral Square, Christchurch)
Motherfudgin earned this. Low mileage but faster pace - yesterday was a rest day and I nearly went bonkers, had to do 3hours of yoga (ashtanga then hatha) to get the nervous energy out. The @nikerunning Coach programme is mint, though, and I really recommend it if you're keen to train for a race or just get your running further than a plod around the block. I feel faster and stronger than ever, plus @myfitnesspal for keeping tabs on nutrition. 💪 I might actually make my 2nd Mara time sub-4h! 😱#obsessedwithresults 🏃🏻♀️
