/TEMPERANCE TAROT CARD, UPRIGHT POSITION/ Alden's obsession with the paranormal started at the age of five. His parents would watch on skeptically as he took walks around the house with his deceased grandfather. It grew to an entire different level in high school, where he started to investigate haunted places around town. That would turn into him leaving on different expeditions with an audience. The trips outside of North Roxton stopped soon after the death of his father. He uses the clairvoyant image to be seen as a local psychic around town except..he's not.

/DEATH TAROT CARD, REVERSED/ He inherited Folded Corners after his father died of mysterious circumstances. The police say it was natural causes, but Alden doesn't believe it. To this day he spends part of his week investigating his own father's death confident that he will discover something. Not even a year passed before his mother would join his father among the spirits that he claimed to see. Alden chases the crippling darkened images of his past for answers that he may not want to find.

/THE EMPEROR, REVERSED/ It's no surprise that Alden has a track record with the law. Ranging from a DUI to criminal trespassing to police brutality. Most of his stints are due to trespassing that he chalks up to investigations. He lands in jail about twice every thirty days or more, depending on what arresting officer finds him. Even with the longevity of charges he is able to keep the things his parents left him. It makes things difficult however, when he actually needs help from the local law enforcement. Because sometimes, they merely don't come.
