I’ve been retching and dry heaving most of the day. I have had nothing to have come up other than water and pepto. Which have, often.

So I had a few spoons of ice cream to help myself actually puke.

I’m still feeling so nauseous.

I really hope this is just a 24 hour thing.

This is an older audio of mine, from maybe two or three months ago? I did a milk chug, and damn did it get me sick. It’s been so long I don’t think I could really write a story on how I felt during it. Most of the video is just me sitting in complete silence, so I had to cut out the bits of inactivity.
