Betony Gro-Oshrul, the Agent, the daughter of Mara… right… she’s neutral, my retired anti-war queen!
Màni Nerevar, the Nerevarine, Empire, but mostly out of spite towards Ulfric Stormcloak.
Storm, the Hero of Kvatch, the Empire for obvious reasons, baby girl is still not over his boyfriend!
Alva Lockley, the Last Dragonborn, Jarl Balgruuf, she is loyal to his ass.
Yngvildr, the Fugitive, the Empire, the fugitive canonically protected the emperor.
Vara, the Vestige, the Empire, she’s always been a Tamriel United when? type of person. So she is in favor of anyway of uniting Tamriel. (also makes her job a lot easier)
Ashval, the Psijic Monk, (and almavar’s child), he’s a very pragmatic fellow, who’s siding with the Empire because he believes they have the best chance of defeating the Thalmor. So his official position is Anti-Thalmor.
Avon Othreleth, the Nightingale, the Empire, bro was literally in love with Talos and knows how much work that bitch put into making the Empire he has to defend his hubby’s (they were not married nor actually together at the time of Avon’s death) legacy.
Calla Panifex, Priestess of Sheogorath (and Storm’s mother), this crazy bitch is siding with the Stormcloaks then killing Ulfric just to watch the ensuing shitshow.
Oshrul Gro-Nagorm, Priest and Husband of Mara, his ass is working in Temple healing injured on both sides, neutral af.
