How do you feel about BATDR's writing? For me, they do a good improvement on the BATIM writing, but still have a few flaws.

I think.. they got a little worse.

I'm the type of person who is easily entertained, and tbh I fell more in love with the game when i actually got to play it - but when I actually first saw the story I legitimately hated it. The first half was perfectly fine and is honestly the most enjoyable part of it, but at some point the game begins to feel like it got the showdown bandit treatment and then stuff just kinda happens.

What do you like about the Bendy series?

Honestly? The visuals. I do genuinely love the characters but I feel like they're often dragged down by the writing. It's why I have a love-hate relationship with batim and batdr. The visuals are the one area where I don't have an insane amount of complaints.

What ate the personality traits of Veronica Vamp and Walter Wolf like? (Also, love your new art style)

Sorry it took so long to respond I was trying to figure out the answer to this. I'm not very good at describing my characters personally as I have a hard time with feeling awkward explaining anything, which is why I never explain my characters

Veronica vamp's defining traits are that she's confident and kind - she is very obviously based on Betty boop and Jessica rabbit - And I think her personality is probably a mix of the two. She is very loyal, sometimes sassy, kind, brave and smart. But she's also based on a fem fatal from the 1930s noir detective films, so I think some of the traits of a fem fatal are present - meaning she can be flirty, and very independent - However the more extreme end rarely shows up because she's got a soft heart.

Walters defining traits are that he's loyal and cheerful - however he is not based on anyone specific. he's supposed to be a detective from the 1930s noir films, meaning he shares traits from noir detectives like being a little morally ambiguous but being relatively kind while sticking to his own code. In my mind he ranges from a "straight man" character in most events to carefree, clever and quick-witted. He's very observant, rational, and usually calm - with most of the more gloomy end of the noir detective not showing up as much.

Additional info;

I've been playing around with a bendy/Ink abyss! Veronica & Walter for a while now, I think if they were to exist, Veronica is more like Allison but with more traits other than "kind" and "gives hope", probably having small highlights of the ruthless and manipulative traits known for fem fatals. And Walter is more like Tom in the sense that the harsher noir detective traits come out, this version being more cynical and world-weary than the cartoon version.

I don't know if these traits mix well together but I don't care bc they have a very sweet relationship in my mind. The two adore each other and I don't think that will change.
