This is a nameplate necklace made for a client who had ordered the same design a few years ago. But this time, she wanted to make thicker plate. (The jeweler remembered her order even it’s a few years ago, and they made exact the same “thin” plate necklace...which is not what she wanted.) They make mistakes, so do we. We are not computers or machines. I’m so sorry for the client as she needs to wait extra time, but at the same time I am so proud of the jewelers who still keep the order sheets...
