I’m just bored at my job half the time and came up with a silly idea. Treat every other post unless I specify as the totally real Giovanni. Let’s treat this lad like the total laughing stock he is, right?

Don’t expect me to get all of the Team Rocket details right, I don’t have the time not care to travel to Kanto and learn.
