Just had 5% Greek yogurt for the first time and if I ate that instead of fat free or 2% when I first tried to be healthy over a decade ago I wouldn’t have struggled with the taste so much. Not because 5% is oh so delicious but because I used to eat butter as a child and it basically tastes like butter
