No tags or anything because this is just a lil’ diary entry!
Basically, before my scale’s batteries died, it indicated I was around 130 lbs, but I haven’t been able to weigh myself since! That’s whatever, I don’t mind, it just would be nice to be able to measure progress that way. Instead, I’ve been using my waist measurement to track my progress until I replace the batteries on my scale. My most recent waist measurement this morning was 28 and 1/4 inches, which I’m super excited about! My waist is down about an inch from when I started about 2 weeks ago <3
My tracking of meals has been great too, I’m super proud of myself and my perseverance. I’ve been hitting 25-30 grams of fiber a day, and about 75 grams of protein a day, which isn’t too shabby! I’m trying my best to up my protein, but it’s been an adjustment process.
Movement has been hit or miss, with my motivation waxing and waning. Something I’d like to work on within myself is pushing through low moods and working out (or doing other hard things) even when I don’t want to! This process is a great opportunity for me to practice this. I’m going to try to work out tonight even though I haven’t been feeling very well, considering school and life stress! I certainly believe in myself though, and want to try even if I only do one set of squats or something lol.
But over all, I’m super proud of myself and want to keep the momentum going! Super proud of myself and can’t wait to see how much more I can improve in creating better eating habits, moving more throughout my days and weeks, and showing up for myself even when I feel down.
