BOUN TWEETS ABOUT REVAMP’S SCRIPT

Today, after returning to Thailand from his first European fanmeeting with Prem, Boun tweeted about Revamp’s script, a hint that workshops and filming for his much-anticipated vampire series with Prem are imminent. \o/

Boun: The script is sooo good, I want to brag about it!!! [translation by @hallowpen]

For anyone who hasn’t been following Boun’s passion project, Revamp is a fully original story and has been in the works since long before Boun and Prem joined GMMTV last spring. As early as 2020, Boun was begging anyone to cast him in a vampire series, so Revamp means a lot to him. <3

He's been very heavily involved in the script-writing process, and he also put a significant amount of his own money, time, and energy behind aspects like 1) pitching the series to potential sponsors in Japan, 2) managing the fitting and photoshoot, and 3) funding the first teaser all while the production was under Studio Wabi Sabi.

When Boun and Prem joined GMMTV in spring of 2024, Revamp came with them. In order to appeal to a broader audience, the action-based script was altered, centering the romance between vampire Ramil (Boun) and antiques dealer Punn (Prem) while intensifying the tone of the story. If I'm remembering correctly, it was GMMTV’s CEO Tha himself who suggested the changes, which to me speaks highly of BounPrem's place in their new company as well as the resources GMMTV is putting behind BounPrem's first production in their care.

However, even under GMMTV, Revamp is very much Boun's project, and I think he and Prem have both continued to have significant influence in how it's shaped.

My only reservation has been New as director, but I've actually come around on that. As long as he delegates editing and sound design to someone else, my only other concern was the sensuality. The whole vampire trope is deeply erotic, and New's gone on the record over and over that he doesn't need sex in his series. To me, that always felt very sex-negative, but after speaking with a Thai friend recently, I may have misread him and his views (which would be a relief, and I'll be happy to be wrong).

According to my friend, the way New speaks about not needing sex in a BL series reads less as sex-negativity to them and more as…ego.

See, regardless of how anyone feels about any series New's directed, he is an influential director, and his earliest series were groundbreaking in the Thai BL industry. It makes sense that as more and more BL series rush out grabbing their viewership off the strength of nudity and sex above craft and dedication, New seems to pride himself on drawing in his viewers without leaning on eroticism.

Once my friend said that…I think they're right.

Because if that is New's point of view, I really can't hold it against him. He's an openly queer man who founded and built an extremely protective queer space in the industry in Studio Wabi Sabi, so it would check out with his ethics that he'd care a lot about who's watching his series, what drew them in, and the direction of the queer media in his country as a whole.

However, that being said, New hasn't shrunk away from the sensuality of Revamp, and he's apparently been teasing fans on Twitter about how much Boun and Prem are doing to prepare physically for their roles. So I think it's not necessarily that New's anti-sex, but more anti-unnecessary-sex, if that makes sense.

After all, New directed the original teaser, and the original teaser had this:

At the end of the day, the script will always be what matters most to me, since it's the spine of the whole production, and I'm over the moon that it's been prioritized, adjusted, and perfected. But I'm happiest that Boun is happy, because he's been so eager for this over the past five years, and it's finally coming to fruition with the budget and the reach it deserves. :')

And the fact that Revamp has gotten exactly the same length of time for its preproduction as KristSingto's comeback series The Ex-Morning (also original) is a very good sign to me.

Chapter 33

Misaki snuggled closer to the older man, pressing his nose to Usagi's; the two were lying in bed the night before Misaki started his first day as Usagi’s assistant. He was hesitant, but he didn't want to let on how uneasy he felt. Misaki Grinned as he wrapped his arms around Usagi.

Usagi: Misaki what are you doing?

Misaki: Cuddling? Is that not okay?

Usagi: No; it's fine, but I thought you said you didn't want to do that tonight.

Misaki: I said no sex. I didn't say we couldn't cuddle.

Usagi: Alright, (Wraps arms around Misaki). Now, do you want to tell me what's bugging you?

Misaki: *Grins nervously* How did you know?

Usagi: Because *Kisses Misaki's head* I know you.

Misaki: I'm nervous about tomorrow? *Sighs* Maybe that's not the right word... I think I'm a little hesitant?

Usagi: *Sits up* Wait why? *grabs Misaki's hand* Do you not want to work with me?

Misaki: What? of course I want to work with you, it's just, I don't know Usagi. What if this doesn't work out, or leads to like us fighting a lot or something?

Usagi: If that's the reason you're hesitant about tomorrow, then you have nothing to worry about.

Misaki: What if people think I only got the job because of you? Or like, I'm basically being paid to hang out with you?

Usagi: The company is paying you, I'm not. You're not being paid to hang out with me, anyway. It's your job to help me with things I'm not great at.

Misaki: Usagi I'm sorry. I didn't want to make you worry.

Usagi: I always know when something is up with you.

Misaki: *Sits up, leans into Usagi's chest* Yeah, I know.

Usagi: *Runs fingers through Misakis hair* Hey, remember earlier today when you said you hated my ties?

Misaki: *Groans* I didn't say that! I said I thought you'd be more comfortable if you wore other things than ties all the time. Stop twisting my words. *Rolls eyes*

Usagi: *Laughs* You're too cute. *Kisses Misaki's Cheek*

Misaki: Stop! What's your point?

Usagi: My point is, *Wraps his arms around Misaki* Maybe we should dress each other tomorrow.

Misaki: What do you mean?

Usagi: Like pick out each other's outfits.

Misaki: What, why?

Usagi: Look, I'll see if you can pick out a more comfortable outfit than my ties.

Misaki: I promise you I can. I picked out all the ones after you were in the hospital.

Usagi: I know that; but I mean a work outfit.

Misaki: okay, and you think you can choose a great outfit for me?

Usagi: *Rolls eyes* Yeah, Of course. I mean, I picked out all your suits.

Misaki: Most of them, I never wear them. On that note, I will not wear a suit tomorrow.

Usagi: Fine, not suits for you, or ties. *Pauses* Then you can't pick out a sweater vest for me.

Misaki: You only own like two. You look good in them.

Usagi: I'm not wearing any.

Misaki: Fine, we have the terms down.

Usagi: *Laughs* It's not a contract.

Misaki: *Giggles* I know. *Looks at the clock on the bedside table. * It's getting late Usagi, we should get some sleep.

Usagi: It's only midnight.

Misaki: Yeah, I know. *Lays down, pulling covers to his chin* Goodnight, I love you.

Usagi: *Grins* I love you too. *Runs his fingers through Misaki's hair.

Misaki: *Looks up at him* Are you going to sleep?

Usagi: Soon.

Misaki: Are you okay?

Usagi: Yeah, I am. There's something I need to do before Eri comes in the morning. *Gets up, walking over to Misaki*

Misaki: Okay.

Usagi: *Kisses the younger boy on the head* Get some sleep, I'll be back soon.

Misaki: Okay.

Usagi: *Smiles softly at Misaki, then walks out of the room*

Usagi sits in his office putting finishing touches on his manuscript, then sends it off to Eri. It's one-thirty when he's finally done. The older man walks slowly into the bedroom, not wanting to wake his fiance, Usagi slowly crawls into bed, wrapping his arms around the younger boy taking in his scent. Misaki's breathing is soft, he's almost purring. The older man smiles, drifting off into a peaceful sleep.

Misaki sits up, his boyfriend grinning at him from the edge of the bed.

Misaki: What are you doing so early?

Usagi: It's only six-thirty.

Misaki: It is early, especially for you.

Usagi: *Grabs Misaki's hand* Can't just be here with my boyfriend early in the morning, before his first day of work?

Misaki: Not unless you have an ulterior motive.

Usagi: What? No *Sighs* Misaki, I just love you, that's all.

Misaki: *Laughs* I love you too, so do you want to tell me what you're actually up to?

Usagi: Fine, I made you breakfast.

Misaki: *Gently beams, squeezing Usagi's hand* Usagi, you didn't have to do that.

Usagi: Of course I do, Misaki. You do so much for me; I mean, the least I could do is cook for you every once in a while.

Misaki: *Chuckles genty, looking deep into the older man's eyes* Okay, well we should go eat then.

Usagi: No, I'm bringing it to you.

Misaki: *Breathes out softly* Usagi. you don't have to do that. We can eat together at the table.

Usagi: No treating you to breakfast in bed. *Stands, letting go of Misaki's hand* I'll be back.

Misaki: Wait.

Usagi: What's wrong?

Misaki: Do you need any help?

Usagi: What I need you to do is to relax. *Leans down, kissing Misaki* Don't move* I'll be right back.

Misaki: But-

Usagi: I can't hear you, I'm going.

Misaki: *Slumps in bed*

Usagi: *Grins, Kissing Misaki*. His lips were sweet from the pancakes.

Misaki: Thank you Usagi, the coconut pancakes were amazing. I loved the Spicy bacon as well. *his eyes light up* everything was perfect.

Usagi: Thank you, I was hoping you would like it.

Misaki: *Leans in, giving Usagi a kiss* Um, *Clears throat*, It's getting -

Usagi: Late?

Misaki: Heh, I was going to say close to the time where we should get ready?

Usagi: Want to take a shower together?

Misaki: Heh, Um. Sure Usagi. But no funny business.

Usagi: So just like washing your hair, and body then?

Misaki: Fine.

Usagi: I'll take the dishes downstairs, then come back up here to the bathroom.

Misaki: Okay. *Stacks dishes, handing them to Usagi* I'm going to pick out your outfit.

Usagi: How long have you had it planned?

Misaki: *Laughs* Not long. *Kisses, the older man on his cheek* I'll see you in a minute.

Usagi: Okay.

Misaki giggles as the older man presses his lips to the nape of his neck, his hands exploring his body.

Misaki: Stop it Usagi, *Turns to face the man* I said no funny business.

Usagi: This is me washing your body with my hands.

Misaki: *Cupping the older man's face* I know, but the funny thing is... I didn't do this when I was washing you.

Usagi: You could've, no one stopped you.

Misaki: *Sighs* I know you want to have sex, and I promise we will, but after today. *Turns off the shower, reaches for a towel*

Usagi: I know, I'm just trying to help you relax.

Misaki: You have helped, breakfast help. *Dries his hair, tossing the towel on the floor* Now, we need to get dressed, because Eri gets here in an hour.

Usagi: Okay.

Misaki: Your outfit is on the bed.

Usagi: *Grins* Yours is hanging in the closet.

Misaki: If it-

Usagi: No suits, no ties. Promise. *Wraps arms around Misaki* You're going to look adorable though. *Kisses Misakis head* I love you.

Misaki: Oh no. *Looks at Usagi out of the side of his eye* If I look adorable, that means you have something picked out that's interesting.

Usagi: NOT TRUE. You're always adorable.

Misaki: I'm not wearing this!

The older boy stood in the closet, his arms folded; in front of him hung a sailor suit, something that looked like Suzuki-san once wore. Usagi smirked at him, tying a red tie onto the blue flannel that Misaki picked out. The younger boy paired the flannel with black jeans and black boots; Usagi loved the outfit. His Fiance really knew what he was doing with stuff like this.

Usagi: I knew that. *Laughs* I just wanted to see your reaction.

Misaki: *Pushes the older man* You suck.

Usagi: *Raises an eyebrow* Of course I do. Hands Misaki his outfit, blue slacks, a grey polo shirt, and white sneakers. *wraps arms around Misaki, whispering in his ear softly* You know, you should really get dressed. Eri will be here in about twenty minutes.

Misaki: Shut up. Go downstairs! I'll see you in ten.

Usagi: It's going to take you ten minutes?

Misaki: GO! *Pushes Usagi off of him*

Usagi: What?

Misaki: Your little joke is distracting me! Go away.

Usagi: I'm going. *Heads for the door*

Misaki: Hey, you look really nice.

Usagi: *Blushes* Thanks*.

Misaki smiled to himself, getting dressed. As nervous as he was for his first day being the great Akihiko Usami's assistant, he was just as happy that he was getting to be by his lover's side.

Chapter 32

Misaki sits at his desk in his old room on a chilly May morning. The smell of coffee is wafting through the air; he is preparing Usagi's schedule for the week, although he already has his entire month planned out, he knows telling him week by week would be less overwhelming for the author. Usagi knocked on the cracked door, then leaned against the frame, smiling at the younger man.

Usagi: What are you doing, baby?

Misaki: *Grins, keeping head down over his work* I'm working on your schedule for the month, but I'm only going to give you what you have to do this week. I don't want you to get overwhelmed.

Usagi: *walks over to the younger boy, wrapping his arms around his shoulders.* Why are you in here? You haven't been in this room in months.

Misaki: This is the only room with a desk.

Usagi: My office has one you know. *Kisses Misakis cheek*

Misaki: Heh, I know, but you were in there; you looked super busy and... I needed to work.

Usagi: Hey, *He turned Misaki's chair, so the man was looking at him*, we should move this desk into my office.

Misaki: No, um, we don't have to do that... it's your office; that's your space I-

Usagi: Misaki, I want this desk, *he taps it* In my office, it's too big, there's a lot of room now since I moved the bookcase beside my smaller desk, and the couch against the window, your desk will fit in there.

Misaki: Are you sure? I don't want to intrude.

Usagi: *Rolls eyes* Stop. Plus, we're going to be sharing an office at our new place anyway, so what's the difference?

Misaki: Do you ever think we spend too much time together?

Usagi: Um, no? don't you remember when we were apart for a week, or even a few hours, how that felt?

Misaki: Yeah, it sucked.

Usagi: If we need time alone, it's not like we can't tell each other.

Misaki: I know. Uh, anyway, we can worry about my desk another day, we're getting way off-topic here. Do you want to look at your schedule for this week? *Hands him this week's agenda*

Usagi: Wow, busy week, huh?

Misaki: Yeah, that's why I'm giving you your schedule week by week, and not showing you the full month. I think you might pass out if you saw what I had written for the month.

Usagi: *Laughs* Well, on the plus side it's still Sunday, and early at that.

Misaki: Yeah, *stands* Want to go make breakfast?

Usagi: We could go out instead?

Misaki: Well, we are running low on food, and we don't go to the store until tomorrow...

Usagi: *Grins* So?

Misaki: I guess, but I need to shower first.

Usagi: Can I come?

Misaki: *Laughs, wraps arms around Usagi's neck* Usagi, I love you so much.

Usagi: *Puffs lips out*

Misaki: Don't give me that look, sweets, I just need to take a shower, and if we take one together, it won't be quick.

Usagi: Okay, hey um I'm going to grab some coffee, it smells great.

Misaki: Okay, I'll be down soon. *Kisses Usagi's nose*

Usagi: It's chilly out so wear something warm.

Misaki: Yeah, I know. *Smiles* Thank you.

Usagi and Misaki sat in their regular booth at their favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant near where the house was being built; they haven't been there in over a month due to being out of town, but they were happy to be back.

Misaki: Hey, so should we get our usual?

Usagi: *Flips through the menu in front of him* I can't believe we've been gone a month. They've updated the menu. Look, they have lemon poppy seed pancakes now; and honey maple bacon. *Smiles at Misaki, taking his hand* Want to share that?

Misaki: Sounds good.

Cherry: Hey ya'll, *Leans against both* Haven't seen you boys here in a while, what've been up to?

Usagi: Hey Cherry, my love here graduated at the end of March, and I took him on a trip, then we were celebrating our anniversary.

Cherry: Congratulations on graduating Misaki, and the anniversary; how many years have Y'all been together?

Usagi: Five years. *Grins at Misaki, squeezing his hand tighter*

Cherry: Long time.

Misaki: *Blushes* Yeah.

Cherry: So, what can I get started for ya?

Usagi: We're going to share the lemon poppy seed pancakes and honey maple bacon.

Misaki: Two glasses of orange juice, and coffee as well.

Cherry: Alright, I'll have your drinks right out, and your food should be out in about fifteen minutes.

Usagi: Thanks, Cherry.

Cherry: Sure.

Misaki: *Blushes*

Usagi: What's wrong?

Misaki: Why did you have to tell her where we were?

Usagi: She asked, why did it embarrass you?

Misaki: It just did. I don't know. *Plays with his necklace* Usagi?

Usagi: What it is, baby?

Misaki: I was wondering, um, why do you wear your vest and tie so much? Like even if you don't have meetings? Who are you trying to impress?

Usagi: You?

Misaki: *Snorts* Yeah right, you're dressed in joggers and a sweater right now.

Usagi: Can't I just look nice?

Misaki: Of course you can, but remember when you got out of the hospital, you said you were more comfortable when you were wearing casual clothes?

Usagi: Yeah, and it's true. I haven't worn my vest and ties since, but I will when we start meetings again.

Misaki: you know, when you do your book tour, it's your tour, you can wear what you want, who cares what you look like?

Usagi: I want to look nice though.

Misaki: I know but, you can look nice and be comfortable.

Usagi: Yeah.

Cherry: Hey ya'll, here's your drink, sorry for the wait, had to brew some fresh coffee, and your food should be right up. *Places their drinks on the table*

Misaki: Thank you, Cherry.

Cherry: You got it, I'll be right back with your food.

Usagi: Thanks.

Misaki: Anyway, we don't have to think about that right now. We have two weeks. You could get a sweater vest, you'd look great in one.

Usagi: No offense hon, but that's more your style, and I'd never wear that.

Misaki: What's wrong with my style?

Usagi: *Grins* You're so cute.

Misaki: You're ignoring my question.

Usagi: It's gotten better.

Misaki: Okay, Tie man. *Rolls eyes* Remember when you called me ugly? This is the same thing.

Usagi: *Gasps* I never did.

Cherry: *Sets food down* Enjoy.

Misaki: You said I'm not very good-looking.

Usagi: Misaki, *sighs* stop it, You're extremely attractive.

Misaki: *Takes a bite of bacon* Not like you.

Usagi: I can't believe we're having this conversation again, you're so sexy Misaki, and amazing, you make my heart skip so quick every time I look at you or touch you; I love you so much. *Takes Misaki's hand* I'm sorry I told you that a while ago, but why didn't you say anything then?

Misaki: I know it's true. I'm not attractive, not like you. *Pulls hand away*

Usagi: That has to stop, stop comparing yourself to me; it happens every once in a while and I don't know why.

Misaki: I mean, look at you, you're sexy, and you will defiantly have perfect eggs for the IVF-

Usagi: That's not true, yours might be the perfect ones.

Misaki: Look, Usagi, I just want you to know that I love you, and I don't always feel this way. It's just today I'm... *sighs* In a mood. I'll get over it, I'm okay. I love you.

Usagi: Something else is bugging you, what is it?

Misaki: This is about me feeling like I'm nothing compared to you.

Usagi: I figured.

Misaki: This is about me starting as your assistant tomorrow. I'm nervous.

Usagi: I know.

Misaki: I'm sorry, I should've told you straight up instead of covering.

Usagi: But, some part of you feels like you're nothing compared to me, or else you wouldn't have said it.

Misaki: A little of me, but I know you how much you love me. You make me feel so special, even when I don't feel like much, thank you.

Usagi: I love you too, Misaki You make me feel so happy, I was really lonely before we met, and I know you know, I still have those feelings sometimes.

Misaki: *Nods, takes a sip of coffee, then takes Usagi's hand* Yeah, I do.

Usagi: Thank you for making me feel not so lonely.

Misaki: Anytime. *Smirks*

Usagi: What is it?

Misaki: We should eat. The food is getting cold.

Usagi: Yeah, *Clears throat*, enough of this sad talk.

The two smile at each other, digging into their meal, changing the subject, talking about happier things.

(After Takahiro finds out he’s out Usagi and Misaki’s house, Misaki’s confidence has shot way up after telling his brother. Misaki’s head is on Usagi’s lap, Takahiro is in the kitchen making tea.)

Takahiro: hey lover boy, isn’t this supposed to be your job? I am the guest.

Misaki: ( grabs Usagi’s hand, they lace their fingers together, Usagi smiles at him, he blushes) technically yes, but now that you know, I’m not just the “housekeeper” anymore, so thanks for making the tea.

Usagi: Yeah, we appreciate it.

Takahiro: I still can’t believe you guys are dating. (He walks into the living room with three glasses of tea and the tea kettle).

Misaki: yeah, well like I said; it just kinda happened.

Takahiro: and you really are happy?

Misaki: (sits up, still holding Usagi’s hand) yes, I’m so happy, I can’t even explain it.

Takahiro: you know-

Usagi: - if I hurt your brother you’ll kill me? (Picks up tea kettle, pour glass hands it to Misaki). I will never hurt him, it would break me if I did, I love him so much. (Kisses Misaki softly on the cheek.

Misaki: I love you too.

Takahiro: well now that, that’s settled, when are y’all getting married?

Misaki, Usagi: (glance at each other) well, let’s not-

Usagi: we-

Misaki: I-

Usagi: look, we love each other but-

Misaki: we haven’t talked about that, I mean we just told you.

Usagi: yeah I mean it-

Misaki: it could happen.

Usagi: (eyes widened) wait really?

Misaki: I mean yeah, it’s the direction we’re going?

Usagi: I mean I thought at some point, but I was scared to bring it up, I didn’t want to make you anxious.

Misaki: (sips tea)

Takahiro: well this is interesting...

Usagi:well Takahiro (stands up) it was really nice having you here, but guess you should be going. (Pushes him towards the door).

Takahiro: wait, no I want to see how this ends.

Usagi: no you don’t (Opens door) I know what you’re doing

Misaki: (walks towards door, slight grin on his face).

Takahiro:(sweating) I really like you guys together.

Misaki: I know you do, which is why you thought bringing up marriage would cause us to fight in front of you?

Takahiro: I just think you guys should talk about it.

Misaki: that’s a discussion between me and my boyfriend.

Usagi: (blushes) awww, you’ve never called me your boyfriend before. (Tears up, pulls Misaki into a tight hug)

Misaki: Usagi! Can’t breathe.

Usagi: (blushes) ah, sorry.

Misaki: anyway bro.. GET OUT OF OUR HOUSE!!

Takahiro: B-

Misaki: (pushes him out of the door locking it) SEE YA LATER. (Turns towards Usagi) looks like we have to have a conversation?

Usagi: yeah

Usagi: so?

Misak: you want to talk about this now?

Usagi: dont you think we should?

Misaki: (grabs Usagi’s hands, lacing his fingers through his, then presses his body against Usagi’s looking up at him) I think we should. (Stands On tippy toes and kisses him passionately).

Usagi: (pulls away) have a told you how much I love this new confidence you have?

Misaki: yeah, yeah. Look. (Pulls Usagi Over to couch, pushes him down and sits in his lap facing him, wrapping his arms around his neck). Usagi, I’ve kinda been thinking about this for a while.

Usagi: (wraps arms around Misaki’s waist), wait really, like how long.

Misaki: um, like a few months, even before we decided to tell Takahiro.

Usagi: why didn’t you tell me.

Misaki: Baka! Because I didn’t think it was a smart idea to talk about it if we didn’t tell him.

Usagi: so this marriage thing... (kisses Misaki’s meck causing him to moan)

Misaki: (closes eyes) yes, it- I. Stop. (Pulls Usagi’s head up, places hands on his face) look at me. I want too, maybe not today or next month, but I want to marry you, more than anything in the world. (Leans into Usagi, kissing him deeply and softly, they both moan)

Usagi: (pulls away) wait, so was that a proposal?

Misaki: (laughs) not a very good one.

Usagi: so does that mean you’re proposing?

Misaki: isn’t that your job?

Usagi: why is it my job?

Misaki: because you’re the seme.

Usagi: I mean these days, you’ve been one.

Misaki: shut up. (Pulls Usagi towards him and the continue to kiss passionately...)

(Misaki has been saving up and was planing on proposing as soon as he had enough money, he had rings on hold with a design and everything and was a month away from being able to get them)

Usagi: (Sitting on the couch reading newspaper, gently grabs Misaki's arm) Where are you going?

Misaki: Me? Errands, you know how they can be, especially on a Saturday morning, people always do them at the same time. (chuckles nervously) isn't that crazy?

Usagi: Misaki, what's going on?

Misaki: (Pulls arm away) Nothing, I'll be back soon. (Leans down and softly kisses Usagi's lips). I love you. (walks out of door)

(Usagi and Misaki are in their bedroom, Misaki is fast asleep his head resting on Usagi's chest, his breathing is steady, hes almost purring, Usagi smiled, and ran his fingers through his Misaki's hair, gently as he didn't want to wake him up, they still had a few hours before they had to get ready for dinner, and Usagi had no intention of having a grumpy Misaki at dinner. Usagi sat with his mouth opened, his eyes were filling with tears , he stared at the rings, they were beautiful, and perfect, just like Misaki's speech. He understood why he'd been nervous all day, he just couldn't be believe he was the one proposing, he was always going to, he- he just never knew when. He stood up and walked over to him pulling him up, lacing his fingers through Misaki's.

(Misaki rushed into the hospital, he saw Aikawa standing at the end of the hall on the fourth floor, he was in tears and could tell she'd been crying).

Misaki: What happened? (Misaki leaned against the wall, he was out of breath from crying and running).

Aikawa: Look, I just want you to know that he's going to be okay. Did you notice anything wrong with him?

His Appendix almost burst, he had to have an emergency open appendectomy, he's still in surgery, but this is his room. we can wait for him in here. Misaki: (Chuckles) At least the rooms nice, (He sitting on the recliner next to the bed). Do you know when he'll be back from surgery?

(Outside a nurse watches in anger as the two interact, apparently she doesn't like the fact that these two men are in love or that they are men, she burst in with antibiotics and to check is vitals. Misaki, backs away from Usagi, but grabs his hand).

Nurse Taki: Hello, I'm Nurse Taki, and I'll be taking care of you until five.

Nurse Taki: I need you to lay down. (Angrily looks at Misaki), and you're in my way.

Misaki: I'm pretty sure you can push his antibiotics through his IV with me sitting here. You can also check his vitals on his right side, so i'm not in you're way, i'm not leaving my fiances side.

Nurse Rose: Okay, so I can take you guys up to the cafe, (confused look) It's on the fivthteen floor for some reason, never understood that, shall we go everyone?

Misaki, Isaka, Takahiro, and Aikawa: (All follow Nurse rose out of the room, and onto the elevator).

Nurse Rose: Alright fun ride! I'm on my break before going into my night shift, do you guys mind if I eat with you?

Misaki: (gently nudges Aikawa)

Aikawa: (Slants eyebrows and mouths "what")

Misaki: (Nods at her)

Aikawa: Um, Nurse Rose?

Nurse Rose: (Smiles) I'm on break, you can just call me Rose.

Aikawa: (Blushes). Um you can join us for dinner.

Nurse Rose: Oh, that's cool! Thanks. I want to get to know you more.

Aikawa: (Clears throat) Uh, a- all- all of us.

(Elevator dings, they all get off following nurse rose to the cafe, They all get a large plate of shrimp tempura to share, and chicken broth, options were limited, since it was late and the cafe would be closing soon. Isaka, and Takahiro followed Nurse Rose to a table in the far corner of the restaurant, while Misaki and Aikawa trailed behind.

Aikawa: When she said she wants to get to know you, she meant all of us right?

Misaki: (Laughs) No, she wants to get to know YOU.

Aikawa: What does that mean?

Misaki: It means she likes you.

Aikawa: So you're engaged and suddenly you're the relationships expert? Isn't Usagi your first relationship?

Misaki: (Scuffs) And how many relationships have you been in?

(They approach the table, Nurse rose grins at Aikawa)

Nurse Rose: Aikawa, I saved you a seat. (Pats the seat)

Misaki: See, (Walks over and sits beside Isaka.

Isaka: CHIBI!! (Throws arms around Misaki)

Isaka: What's happening, how are you handling this?

Misaki: (Takes a bite of the shrimp). As well as I can be

Isaka: Good, so tell me , what's going on with those two?

Rose: So how long have you known Akihiko?

Aikawa: Oh many years, he's a pain in the ass, but he's a good guys, he's like my brother.

Rose: So you've never had any sort of feelings for him?

Aikawa: (Snorts) Oh god no! He's never been into girls and the one person he's "loved" before Misaki didn't feel that way about him. Misaki's the love of his life.

Rose: (Touches Aikawa's hand) And what about you?

Aikawa: (Blushes) What about me?

Rose: (Chuckles) You ever been in love.

Aikawa: I'm in love with my Job.

Rose: Ah, one of those people.

Aikawa: One of what people?

Rose: Your life is your job and you never dedicate anytime to yourself, or anything else.

Aikawa: That-

Rose: Not true?

Aikwawa: (blushes) I need to make some time for myself?

Rose: How about tomorrow?

Aikawa: Tomorrow?

Rose: I get off at 5, we can get dinner?

Aikawa: I-

Isaka, Misaki: SAY YES!

Rose: (laughs)

Aikawa: Um, Yes!

Rose: Okay, cool. Um can I get your number?

Aikawa: Oh, um sure. (takes phone out of pocket, the two exchange numbers), Um you can call me Eri.

Isaka: Whoa! You never let anyone call you by your first name.

Aikawa: Isaka, hush.

Rose: (Laughs, we should probably head back, Im sure Akihiko is hungry, and it's almost seven so visiting hours are almost over, everyone has to head home. Except you Misaki, legally you can stay.

Isaka: What, why does he get to stay.

Rose: (Raises eyebrows),Misaki's his fiance.Don't worry the rest of you can come back at six am. Anyway we should get going, you have thirty minutes to say goodnight to your friend, and Misaki I can bring some sheets and a warm cover up so you can fix up the sofa, it pulls out into a bed.

Misaki: Thank you Nurse Rose.

(Misaki sat with his arms crossed and a foot up in the chair,he watched as Nurse rose fixed the sofa for him,she was smiling and humming, apparently she was happy about her date with Aikaw,it was around seven-thirty and everyone had already left, Usagi flipped through the tv channels and sipped on a third cup of tea, his seaced IV bag had been replaced when they came back upstairs and he had his second round of antibiotics, his vitals were still looking good, and he would have labs drawn around three in the morning, his bandages had been replaced and his surgery area looked good, other than the labs, and nurse rose checking on them throughout the night they should be good).

Misaki: You didn't have to make up the sofa, I could've done it by myself.

Nurse Rose: That's okay. It's my job.

Usagi: Misaki, relax let someone do something for you for once, plus don't you have an exam to study for? maybe do that for an hour huh?

Misaki: Fine. (Walks over to table near the window, grabs laptop, walks back over to Usagi and starts to work on study guide.

Usagi: Is this for German?

Misaki: Uh, Yeah.

Usagi: How do you feel about that?

Misaki: Good.

Usagi: Your grades are still passing?

Misaki: Ugh, yes Usagi, god you're in the hospital and you're still nagging me?

Usagi: (Reaches hand out) I just want you to graduate, you've worked so hard.

Misaki: (Smiles, takes his hand) I know, thank you.

Nurse rose: (Sits on the armchair of the sofa, she smiles at them). Do you Guys always banter like this?

Misaki: (Chuckles) Yeah kinda our thing.

Nurse Rose: So how long have you guys been together?

Usagi: (Moves bed up): Um, almost five years.

Nurse rose: How did you meet.

Misaki: He used to be my tutor, and was in love with my brother.

Nurse Rose: Really?

Usagi: Yeah, Kinda a long story.

Nurse Rose: And that doesn't make it weird.

Misaki: Um, there were times early in our relationship when I was worried he was still in love with him but-

Usagi: His brother means a lot to me, but Misaki's the love of my life, I love him so fucking much, I'll never love anyone as much as Misaki, he's my everything.

Nurse Rose: Wow, That's so sweet.

Misaki: (Sobbing) Usagi, stop saying stuff like that, I need to study.

Usagi: (Smirks) You already know that's how i feel about you, I say it to you all the time.

Misaki: Yeah, but i'm studyyinngggg.

Usagi: (Laughs). Get back to studying.

Misaki: You know i feel the same way about you right baby?

Usagi: Ahh, did you just call me baby? Do it again.

Misaki: Mmmhm, can't studying, watch tv or somthing.

Nurse Rose: Well (stands).If You need anything, you know how to get ahold of me.

Usagi: Yes, thank you.

Nurse Rose: (Exits).

(Misaki slams laptop and places it on the table in front of Usagi before pushing it out of the way, surprising him).

Usagi: Misaki, what are you doing? because we can't have sex if that's what you're trying to do. I mean I really want to, but we can't.

Misaki: No, I know that, but I have news.

Usagi: What news makes you act like THAT.

Misaki: Nurse Rose and Aikawa have a date tomorrow!

Usagi: Awe good for them.

Misaki: Why aren't you more Excited!

Usagi: I'll be more excited once you pass the test!

Misaki: (Grabs laptop) You're no fun.

Usagi: I-

Misaki: You just want me to graduate BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Usagi: Misaki

Misaki: I'm studying, I'm studying.

Misaki: Done, are you happy? (he looked beside him, it was ten, Usagi was out cold, he placed his laptop on the table, turned the lights off, and changed the channel to some dumb sitcom that would give him a good laugh and walked back over to Usagi, he softly ran his fingers through his soft grey hair, and leaned down softy giving him a kiss on the lips). Goodnight my love (He walked over the the sofa and sighed as he crawled under the covers, it felt weird not cuddling next to Usagi, they've been doing it a lot more recently and he knew he would have a hard time sleeping not wrapped in Usagi's arms, he drifted off into an uneasy sleep.

(Around Three am the lab came in to check take Usagi's blood and nurse Rose came in to switch out his fluid and give him more antibiotics, surprisingly Usagi stayed asleep the whole time, but Misaki woke up).

Misaki: (Groggily) Rose, I can't believe they have you working all these hours.

Rose: Yeah (She stood against the wall near the doorway). Well the other Nurse was supposed to be working but she's been fired, a new nurse will be taking over later today and then I have my date with Eri. (She smiled, even in the dark Misaki could tell she was blushing). Do you have any recommendations?

Misaki: Usagi and I always go to IMI.

Rose: Isn't that expensive?

Misaki: It is when Usagi rents out the entire balcony. (Chuckles).

Rose: Well Thanks, I'll look into it.

Misaki: Yeah, good luck.

Rose: (Exits)

Misaki: (Closes eyes and tries to go back to sleep).

Aikawa: Don't just burst in there they might still be asleep.

Takahiro: No, They said we could come back at six am and it's six am, I'm going in (Slams door open)

Misaki: (Shoots up) Takahiro, What the fuck are you doing?

Takahiro: They said we could be back at six am.

Misaki: Do you have to be so loud? (Glaces at Usagi who is still fast asleep). I need to take a shower. (gets up, Grabs kaki shorts, a black hoodie, and boxers out of his backpack and walks into the bathroom).

Takahiro: God, what's his problem? (Walks over to be and starts fixing it back into a sofa.)

Aikawa: (Leans against wall, crossing arms) You burst in here at six am, they were sound asleep, Miskai has a test today, and who knows how late they were up).

Takahiro: Ew, why were they up late? They can't have sex.

Aikawa: (Angry face) Takahiro, they can't have sex, and they were up late because Misaki was probably studying and doctors and nurses were in and out all night. You have to get on board with their relships at some point or else you're going to lose them both.

Takahiro: It's just (Sigha and sits on sofa) He's my baby brother, my little baby brother, I never thought of him dating, especially dating my best friend. It's just-

Aikawa: (Sits beside Takahiro) I know it's strange, but have you seen how they look at each other? (Smiles) They're in love, and incredibly happy.

Takahiro: I know, I've never seen either one of them so happy, ever. (Smiles) I need to be okay with this.

Aikawa: Yeah, you do, they aren't going to break up ever, and they've been through a lot, it's been hard for them.

Takahiro: I didn't know that.

Aikawa: Yeah, we'll they were always scared to tell you.

Takahiro: How long have you known?

Aikawa: Eh, I kinda just figured it out. They aren't that good at hiding it.

Misaki: (Walking out of the bathroom rubbing a towel on his head). Maybe if you didn't have a key.

Aikawa: There are locks on other doors for a reason, and i'm not only talking about at your house.

Misaki: Whatever. (Walks over to chair beside Usagi, who's starting to stir).

Usagi: (Eyes slowly open, he smiles at Misaki and reaches out for him). Good Morning Misaki.

Misaki:(Grabs hand) Hey Baby.

Usagi: Did you sleep well?

Misaki: (Shrugs) I slept okay, you were out all night, they came in here around three am to do labs and stuff.

Usagi: (Chuckles) I was tired

Misaki: Good, you need your rest.

Usagi: What time is your test?

Misaki: It's at ten, but the doctor is going to come in here around eight to talk to you, and I'll leave after that.

Usagi: (Nods) Okay. (Looks over at sofa). Hey guys

Takahiro, Aikawa: Hello.

Usagi: When did they get here?

Misaki: Right at six.

Usagi: Did they wake you?

Miskai: (Sheepish look)

Usagi: (Runs thumb over back of hand) I'm sorry.

Misaki: (Shrugs) It's okay, I didn't sleep well anyway. (Sighs and rolls shoulders back)

Usagi: Hey, what's wrong

Misaki: Just the timing of all this sucks.

Usagi: I know.

Misaki: And I'm kinda pissed at you, you could've died, you're lucky you're appendix didn't actually burst.

Usagi: I know.

(There's a knock at the door and Dr. Takahashi walks in)

Dr. Takahashi: Good Morning everyone. (He walks over to the sink, washes his hands and puts on a pair of gloves). Akihiko, I'm going to look at your incision. (He walks over to Usagi and gently checks his incision). Okay, looks to be healing up nicely, your vitals look good and we can take you off the antibiotics, and have you had any pain?

Usagi: Um, no not at all.

Dr. Takahashi: Okay, perfect. I think we can get you out of here today, but it might be later this evening, I assume your fiance will be able to take care of you?

Misaki: Uh, yeah of course. I mean I have a test today at ten, I'm off tomorrow, I have another test Thursday, and next week I don't have any classes, and next saturday I graduate.

Usagi: Oh, speaking of, I'm supposed to speak at his graduation next saturday, is that okay?

Dr. Takahashi: Yes, that should be fine, No sexual activities for two weeks, stick to your regular diet, if you don't have anymore questions we can work on getting you out of here.

Usagi: Uh, wait, no sexual activities for two weeks?

Misaki: (Scoffs) Usagi, It'll be okay.

Usagi: Yeah but-

Misaki: Babe, I don't want you to die, so you can wait two weeks.

Usagi: (Sighs) Yeah, Fine. Oh what about bathing?

Dr. Takahashi: You can do all that normally, Oh and no heavy lifting.

Usagi: So what am I supposed to do?

Aikawa: You can do your work.

Usagi: Please, I'm at least four months ahead.

Aikawa: Damn I forgot about that.

Dr. Takahashi: You can drive tomorrow and walk some.

Usagi: Fine.

Misaki: (Glaces At Phone) Shit, it's Nine-Fifteen, i'm going to be late. Usagi, I'm taking your car.

Usagi: That's fine, my keys-

Misaki: Are in the table, I know I saw them yesterday. (Stands up, still holding on to Usagi's hand).

Usagi: Good luck on your Test. (Grins, swings his and Misaki's arm).

Misaki: Thank you. (Tries to let go of Usagi's hand) Usagiii, I have to go, I can't be late.

Usagi: (Releases Misaki's hand), Okay go.

Misaki: (Walks over to the table, grabs Usagi's keys, leans down to kiss Usagi). I love you, I'll see you later.

Usagi: I love you too. (Walks out of Usagi's room).

Dr. Takahashi: Okay, I'm going to start working on your discharge papers, anything else you need to ask?

Usagi: I think I'm okay.

Dr. Takahashi: Alright. (Exits).

Rose: (Walks in grinning at Aikawa). Eri, good morning.

Aikawa: Oh, Rose hey. (Blushes)

Rose: How are you?

Aikawa: I'm good, Akihiko gets to go home today.

Rose: I heard, Congrats.

Usagi: Thank you.

Rose: Where's Misaki?

Usagi: School, he had a test.

Rose: And Isaka?

Aikawa: He had to take care of some stuff at work.

Rose: Okay, well I was Just checking in. Um Eri, I have a short break, want to go get a snack?

Aikawa: (Blushes) Uh, sure. (Stands up grinning at Rose, following her out of the room).

Takahiro:(Clears throat). Usagi-San, I think I need to apologize.

Usagi: For what?

Takahiro: How I've been acting, not supporting your relationship with Misaki.

Usagi: We'll Thanks, but I'm not the one you need to apologize to.

Takahiro: What do you mean, aren't you upset. (Stands up, walks over by Usagi's bed lingering around him).

Usagi: No, not really, Misaki has been hiding this from you for almost five years, and he's been really scared to tell you.

Takahiro: Aikawa said it's been hard for you guys. Or maybe Misaki? I know how hard it can be for him to express his feelings and open up, di- did his fear of telling me and losing you maybe have something to do with it?

Usagi: Look, I've never ever doubted Misaki's feelings for me, not once. Sometimes I felt insecure and maybe wished he would've told me he loved me more, but I always knew he did. We've told you, and now He's extremely open and more affectionate, it maybe started before we told you, but-

Takahiro: So, it's kinda my fault he wasn't always affectionate?

Usagi: Look, he was terrified of having to give up what we had, and so was I, sometimes I still am, we still have to come out to the world, I want to do that soon, and that scares me, I haven't told him that. But we were both scared of ruining the relationship with you.

Takahiro: You were?

Usagi: Yes, Of course.

Takahiro: (Sits down) Did you think I would make you break up?

Usagi: We didn't know what was going to happen, We just know, we never want to let each other go, I really Really love Misaki, He's the love the of my life, my soulmate, my best friend, He's my person Takahiro.

Takahiro: (Grins) I guess I didn't completely understand how you guys felt about each other.

Takahiro: Yeah, but now he has you, you've been protecting him for the past four years.

Usagi: Almost five, not that it matters but after he next saturday is our anniversary.

Usagi: Yeah.

Takahiro: (Smiles) That's really sweet.

Usagi: (Smirks) I, can't believe we've been together five years, and the two of us are getting married, I'm so happy.

Takahiro: I've known you a long time and I don't think i've ever seen you this generally happy... Wait (scoffs, Shocked look) i'm and idot. This, aurora of happiness started when you met Misaki. How didn't I figure it out?

Usagi: (Shrugs) I have no idea.

Takahiro: And Misaki changed a lot when he met you.

Usagi: (Nods)

Takahiro: Look, just keep him happy.

Usagi: I will, I'm not going to hurt him, I love him so much.

Takahiro: Good. Now let's talk kids.

Usagi: ugh

(Rose and Aikawa are sitting in the vending room finishing up their snack).

Rose: I think they should be done now

Aikawa: Eh, what are you talking about?

Rose: (Takes last sip of her soda, tossing the can in the trash behind her). Takahiro and Akihiko.

Aikawa: We came up here so they could talk?

Rose: We'll mostly so I could hang out with you, But I figured they should talk.

Aikawa: I'm sure they did talk. And I'm happy to be up here with you.

Rose: (Smiles, reaches out for Aikawa's hand)

Aikawa: (Bluses) This is nice, um can we still go on a date tonight?

Rose: Yeah, of course and it actually looks like I might get off early.

Aikawa: Oh, awesome!

Rose: (laughs) I- I'll let you know, but we should head back down. (Stands)

Aikawa: Yeah. (Stands up)

Rose: (Takes Aikawa's hand and they head back down to Usagi's room).

Misaki: (Drums fingers on the steering wheel of Usagi's car, while wating for him to pick up, he just got his grade back for his German exam and he passed with flying colors, he felt really good about his German exam and the last test he had was psychology).

Usagi: Misaki? Are you okay?

Misaki: Great acctally. I got a 95 on my German exam, I feel extremely confident about my Psychology exam on Thursday!

Usagi: Wow Misaki! I'm so proud of you!

Misaki: (Chuckles) Thanks Usagi, I'm on my way back now do you need anything?

Usagi: Just you.

Misaki: (Blushes) Shut up!

Usagi: I can tell you're blushing.

Misaki: (Laughs) You know me so well Usagi.

Usagi: Yes I do, and I love you.

Misaki: I love you too, I'll see you soon.

Misaki walked into Usagi's room with a huge grin on his face he was in a great mood, Usagi was coming home today, he was feeling great about his exams, he was just in a really good mood.

Aikawa: (Sitting on the couch, on her computer). Wow, what are you so happy about?

Misaki: (Walking over to the chair beside Usagi's bed). Uh, today's just a good day.

Usagi: Misaki, don't be so modest, he passed his exam with flying colors, (Looks up at Misaki grinning), and i'm so proud of him.

Misaki: (Blushes) Usagi. (Sits down, placing bag on the floor beside him). Thank you. (grabs Usagi's hand).

Takahiro: Misaki, Congrats on passing your exam.

Misaki: Thank you Takahiro.

Takahiro: And, I also want to apologize for being so upset about your relationship with Usagi-san, I didn't understand, but he explained everything to me.

Misaki: I thought I made it clear before.

Takahiro: Maybe you did, but I didn't want to listen.

Misaki: Well I appreciate you accepting our relationship.

Takahiro: I'm trying.

Usagi: Try harder.

Takahiro: Right, so do you think you guys are going to have kids?

Misaki: (Glances at Usagi and raises an eyebrow).

Rose: (walks in grinning with papers in her hand) Okay Akihiko, you are all set to go, someone will be up here with a wheelchair shortly to escort you out of the hospital so make sure you have all your stuff. I need to take your IVs out. (Walks over to Usagi and Unhooks everything attached to him). Okay, you're all set.

Usagi: YES I'M FREEEE (laughs)

Rose: (Nods and turns to Aikawa) And you, are you ready for our date?

Aikawa: Um, I can be I'm not dressed though, I know that place has a dress code.

Rose: That's okay, my place is close to here, you're about my size, we can change there.

Aikawa: (Blushes) Um, yeah sure. That works.

Rose: Okay, I have to go clock out, but i'll be back in about five minutes.

Aikawa: Yeah, O-okay.

Rose: (Winks at Aikawa and heads out)

Aikawa: (Rushes over to Misaki who is gathering Usagi's stuff.) Misaki, What do I! I'm so nervous I could puke, I've never been on a date before help me.

Misaki: We'll I'm glad you came to me, I know exactly what to do, I'm an expert.

Usagi: (Stifles a laugh).

Misaki: Don't listen to him. (Places Usagi's stuff in a bag).

Aikawa: No, I'm asking you because you were probably really nervous for your first date with Akihiko.

Miksai: Oh, yeah. I was.

Aikawa: And how did you handle it?

Misaki: (Blushes), Uh, Not very well if remember right.

Usagi: (stands up and walks over to Misaki wrapping his arms around him).

Misaki: Usagi, you should be resting.

Usagi: I've been resting enough, besides the doctor said I should be up and walking around. Aikawa, don't listen to him, yeah he was nervous on our first date, but he did fine.

Aikawa: What was it like?

Usagi: I picked him up from school.

Misaki: Embarrassing at the time, but super sweet looking back at it.

Usagi: We hung out at the beach, went to the movies, went shopping-

Misaki: He made me get a suit because of the dress code thing.

Usagi: He looked so cute in it because the suit was a little to big, but you know he always looks cute. (Kisses Misaki's Cheek).

Misaki: (Blushes) Usagi.

Usagi: It's true. Uh and then we went to dinner and that was really nice, except unfortunately that's where he met Isaka.

Misaki: Yeah, that was fun.

Aikawa: How did that go.

Usagi: He asked why I was dating Misaki after rejecting him many times. (scoffs)

Misaki: I didn't like that, it was embarrassing. He tried telling me stuff about Usagi's childhood like he knew I didn't know.

Usagi: Yea, it's okay we talked it on the ferris wheel.

Misaki: Yeah, it was beautiful.

Aikawa: Is that where the Idea for the ferris wheel scene came from?

Misaki: (Blushes) Kinda

Aikawa: So you!

Usagi: Not on the ferris wheel, at home.

Aikawa: Are you going to add an engagement to the series?

Usagi: No

Misaki: (Turns to face Usagi), Wait really?

Usagi: No, I feel like that would be way to personal.

Misaki: Usagi, (Reaches up, and brushes hair out of Usagi's eyes), You can write it if you want, only if you want to progress the fake story based on us along.

Usagi: (Grins) I'll think about it. But I already have four turned in.

Misaki: I know, I'm just letting you know that I'm okay with it.

Usagi: Thank you Misaki. (Leans down to kiss him.)

Misaki: (Pulls away) Usagi, I-

Usagi: (Smirks) Yeah, I know. We should get the rest of our things together.

Misaki: Yeah.

Takahiro: Um, do you guys need any help?

Misaki: No, you can go home.

Takahiro: Usagi-san?

Usagi: Go home, you have a family, we've been keeping you away from them long enough.

Takahiro: Are you sure?

Usagi: Yes, I have Misaki, I'm good..

Takahiro: Okay, see you Usagi-san, Misaki can I see you in the hall for a second?

Misaki: (Turns head to face him) I don't know, you were the one who made me feel like crap the night we told you.

(A few months ago, outside Takahiro's house. Usagi is holding Misaki's hand tightly, he can feel the nerves racing throughout his whole body).

Takahiro: I don't remember that.

Misaki: Do you remember showing up at our house a few days later?

(A few months ago)

(Usagi and Misaki are at home on the couch watching TV, Misaki's head is resting in Usagi's lap, he's stroking Misaki's hair.

Misaki: Do you think he'll ever approve?

Usagi: I don't know, I'm sorry I ruined your relationship with him.

Misaki: (Scoffs) This was his fault, what about your relationship with him?

(The doorbell rings, Usagi gets up to get it).

(Takahiro enters, a gloomy aura surrounds him)

(Misaki and Usagi sit on the couch nervously holding hands, Takahiro sits on the other couch, his arms crossed).

Misaki: (leans against the wall). So tell me why you made such a big deal, why did you hate the idea of us being together?

Takahiro: I guess, the idea of you growing up scared me, and when I saw that you found someone who could take care of you that wasn't me it scared me, Plus Usagi-san is my best friend and he's dating my little brother, that kinda bugged me. But then the way he talked about you a few hours ago, I finally realized that he truly loves you, like he's crazy about you. I didn't understand before, Misaki you seem so happy, I've never seem you that way, not since before our parents died. I'm really happy you've found someone who you feel this way about, and that this person feels the same way about you, no wonder Usagi-san can deal with you living with him.

Misaki: He makes me so fucking happy Takahiro.

Takahiro: I know that now. I'm sorry I was such an asshole about it.

Misaki: (Sighs) I accept your apology. (Steps forward to hug Takahiro).

(Rose Holds a sleeveless red dress up to herself in front of her full length mirror, Eri Aikawa Nervously sits on the bed watching her, they have both showered, and have put their hair up in messy buns, their makeup is done naturally and now they were picking out dresses, they wore robes while deciding what to wear).

Rose: What do you think?

Eri : Well, the red really brings out your hazel eyes, and your olive skin.

Eri: (Hops off bed) Oh, I saw these black knee high boots in your closet, pick those.

(Eri walks into Rose's closet, grabs the boots and hands them to her, Rose grabs them, takes off her robe revealing a matching lacy black lingerie set, Eri blushes).

Rose: Oh, I hope it's okay that I change front of you.

Rose: (steps into dress) Hey, can you zip me up?

Eri: OH! Yeah sure. (Walks over to Rose and zips up her dress, her skin is warm, and flawless. Rose is stunning).

(Smiles, walks around Eri and goes into closet pulling out a high-low navy blue dress, it was sleeveless, and sparked. she looked around and found ankle high laced peep toe boots with a chunky heel.) Perfect. (She walked out of the closet, grinning) Okay, this will look perfect on you.

Eri: (Blushes, eyes wided) Uh, I don't think so.

Rose: Yes, take your robe off.

Eri: No, I don't have pretty underwear sets like you.

Rose: (Laughs) Eri, who cares, (Whispers) It's just us here, You're beautiful.

Eri: O-O-Okay. (Slides Robe off, revleing a black push-up bra and matching panties, Blushes).

Eri: (Eyes grow wide) Okay, god. (Pulls dress on).

Rose: (Jumps over to Eri, zips up her dress, placing hands on her shoulders) Look, (Turns her towards the mirror) You're a babe.

Eri: (Looks at phone, its seven-thirty) Crap, we need to put our shoes on and get out of here, don't we have reservations at eight?

Rose: Yeah, come on. (They pull their boots on and head out the door).

(Misaki and Usagi walk into their house, Misaki helping Usagi to the couch, he’d gotten sleepy on the ride home and Hardly made it up to their home).

Misaki: okay, just rest for a little while, and we can eat later.

Usagi: will you lay down with me?

Misaki: yeah?

Usagi: please, I know we weren’t in the hospital long, but I miss holding you in my arms.

Misaki: (smirks) yeah, but no funny business, your doctor said no sex for two weeks.

Usagi: I know, I know. I just want to cuddle.

Misaki: okay. (Grabs cover, walks over to Usagi and falls into his arms).

Usagi:(places chin on Misaki’s head, wraps arms tightly around him), this is nice.

Misaki: (wraps arms around Usagi’s arms, lacing his fingers through his). Yeah it is, I really missed being wrapped in your arms.

Usagi: I missed this too. (Yawns)

Misaki: (smiles and Closes his eyes, he was exhausted as well but wanted to make sure Usagi was okay, but he could tell by Usagi’s steady breathing that he was sleeping). *thinking* I wonder how Aikawa is doing on her date?

(Rose and Eri sit on the balcony overlooking the city of Tokyo, it was a beautiful evening and they were both filled with nerves, although Rose was better at hiding it).

Eri: Wow, it's so pretty here, this is the spot where Misaki and Akihiko always sit, although Akihiko always rents out this whole space, Misaki always complains, but I think he secretly likes it... what do you think we should eat? I was thinking we could share the grilled fish and sake? Or the steak and sake...

Rose: Eri,(Places hand on hers, causing her breath to slow), Relax, it's going to be okay. And the grilled fish sounds awesome.

Eri: Sorry, I don't know why i'm so nervous.

Rose: It's okay, so am I, i'm just really good at hiding it.

Eri: (Smirks)

(Waiter comes over and takes their order of grilled fish, with veggies and sake).

Rose: So, it seems like you really care about Akihiko and Misaki?

Eri: Yeah, they're like my best friends in the world, I love them, they're the closest thing to family I have.

Rose: What about your parents?

Eri: Eh, they I'm not really close with them?

Rose: What happened?

Eri: (Shrugs) We just had a falling out, they wouldn't help pay for university, they thought I should stay home and be a housewife, they had my future all planned out, down to an arranged marriage and I didn't want that.

Rose: I'm really sorry.

Eri: It is what it is, even though Akihiko drives me insane, especially when he doesn't meet his deadlines like his suppose to, he's always been there for me, and Misaki has been really good for Him, Isaka wants Misaki to be like Akihiko's assistant or whatever.

Rose: Won't that be a conflict of interest?

Eri: Akihiko is at his best when Misaki is around, we figure, the more Misaki is helping him the more books he can get out, plus there was this mangaka who really wanted Misaki, but we had to let him go, he was making them uncomfortable.

Rose: How?

Eri: Uh, stalking Misaki, he's completely in love with him and no matter how many times he turned him down he wouldn't listen, so we had to let him go, but turns out he had a better job offer at another company anyway, so i guess we did him a favor.

Rose: Misaki and Akihiko, are they okay?

Eri: Yeah, they've been through a lot but they always come out stronger.

Rose: Akihiko has to tell the public soon right, about him in Misaki?

Eri: That's what he wants.

(The waiter brings out their food, it looks amazing, they eat it and talk some more getting to know each other, Eri walks Rose back home, she ends up staying the night, they don't have sex, but fall asleep in each other's arms as quickly as they start falling in love.
