Also, a customer today asked me what the music that was playing was, and I knew it was Muse (it was my playlist lol) but couldn't remember the song, so we just chatted about it while I checked. They said that they liked Muse and recognised the sound and Matt's voice but they weren't a fan per se, but that they enjoyed it and had been introduced Muse by a friend!

When I told them it was Stockholm Syndrome, they noted it down :)

A customer the other day was awkwardly holding their phone up and I thought they were taking pictures (in which case I would've asked them to stop) but when they saw me looking they just looked embarrassed and said they were trying to Shazam the music.
