The KVB - Sleep Walking
The KVB is the audio/visual project of Klaus Von Barrel & Kat Day, based in London, UK. Combining shoegaze guitars, minimal synth melodies, hypnotic drum machine beats and reverb drenched vocals with abstract imagery, The KVB was initially started as a solo project by Klaus in 2010.[...] After frequent collaborations through the year, Kat joined The KVB permanently on synths and visuals in late 2011 and this was shortly followed by the first ever live show in London at the Shacklewell Arms.

Rolling Stone magazine included Hopkins at number 71 on their list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time.

Siouxsie And The Banshees - Metal Postcard / Mittageisen (1978) 4th single from the band, and the first to not chart (although Love In A Void became wildly successful a year later). Originally titled “Letter To Heartfield”, single cover comes from John Heartfield’s “Hurrah, die Butter ist alle!” The chorus is taken from one of Goerring’s speeches during the Second World War. Siouxsie: “It’s a warning song. The whole propaganda of the Nazis at that time was very dangerous and it could easily creep its way in without there being all the hysteria of killing the Jews. Their whole propaganda could easily fit in today… Not being able to get away from the commands of the day, not being able to escape, the idea of having cameras in your room and having people watching you…” [1 2]
Slow Motion - Die Seele
Slow Motion is a Greek band formed in 1985. Since then, one trait continues for them: The need for a background of spiritual architecture behind each song, visualising a conscious, theoretical method of communication. An energy of self - transcendence behind an important and weighty musical investment, which is abstracted like a ceremonial litany – an invocation of a self-destructive religion.

Warsaw - Living in the Ice Age
Warsaw was the planned debut album by the English post-punk band later known as Joy Division. Recorded in May 1978 it consisted of eleven tracks, however the band was disappointed by the post-production done by RCA producers and the album was scrapped. The album circulated on bootlegs bearing the same title until it was commercially released in 1994 (along with a number of other tracks). The original track listing included all four tracks from An Ideal for Living EP. Source: Wikipedia [link]
Chapter 1: Longing.
The Cure-Burn (1999-The Crow soundtrack)
The soundtrack to the movie The Crow was released in 1994. (...) The inclusion of songs written by The Cure and Joy Division are notable because the influences of both bands are present in the original comic book. James O'Barr, the creator of The Crow, reprinted the lyrics to the song "The Hanging Garden" by The Cure on an entire page, and some chapters of the comic book are named after Joy Division songs, "Atmosphere" and "Atrocity Exhibition", for example. In one panel, Eric even quotes a lyric from the song "Disorder" from the album Unknown Pleasures. O'Barr was a big fan of both bands when he was creating the comic book.

Black Nail Cabaret-Hangman
Black Nail Cabaret is a Hungarian synth-pop-rock duo from Budapest.
Formed in 2008, the group consists of Emke (Emese Illes-Arvai, vocals) and Sophie (Sophie Tarr, keyboards). The duo describes BNC’s style as visual synthpop or synth noir, additionally there are experimental tones in some of the songs.
In the 2005 they’ve formed a small theatre group called Art Macabre with 7 members, for bringing the horror genre to life on stage. They’ve performed on several events, and had two succesful self-organized shows in Merlin Theatre, Budapest. That’s where the idea of a theatrical musical project came from.

The Sisters of Mercy-Nine while nine
"Let's drink to the dead lying under the water and the cost of the blood on the driven snow and the lipstick on my cigarettes Frost upon the window pane Nine while nine and I'm waiting For the train..."
"Nine while nine"..song no. 7 of one of my favorite albums, "First And Last And Always", the debut album by the British gothic rock band The Sisters of Mercy, released in 1985.
The Sisters of Mercy are an English rock band that formed in 1980. After achieving early underground fame in UK, the band had their commercial breakthrough in mid-1980s and sustained it until the early 1990s, when they stopped releasing new recorded output in protest against their record company. Currently, the band is a touring outfit only.
They have released three original studio albums, of which the last was released in 1990. Each album was recorded by a different line-up; singer and songwriter Andrew Eldritch and the drum machine called Doktor Avalanche are the only points of continuity among the line-ups. Eldritch and Avalanche were also involved in The Sisterhood, a side-project connected with Eldritch's dispute with former members.

Daemonia Nymphe uses authentic instruments, including lyra, varvitos, krotala, pandoura and double flute, which are made by the Greek master Nicholas Brass. Their shows are very theatrical, with members wearing masks and ancient dress. Their lyrics are drawn from Orphic and Homeric hymns and Sappho's poems for Zeus and Hekate.
