HE NODDED AND INSTANTLY REGRETTED IT. Seth winced and put his hand on his forehead lightly. "I bumped into him in the mess hall." He knew he owed them his life. "If there's anything I can do. Just ask." His mother spoke to him earlier. She had a million and one questions about the First Order's intelligence sector. Of course, she knew he was an officer. He only relented because she saved him.

HE SAW THE BREAK. If he kept hitting the right buttons, he knew she would break. "You know. I used to be a part of the Stormtrooper division." It was long before he was rescued. He thought about deflecting many times before. As always, he hesitated. "Your father had a part in it?" Solo lifted his eyes from the clipboard in his hands. There was more he could use. His digging seemed to pay off. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way. Either one. I'm okay with both." His hand went to his side and patted the saber there.

HEARING THE TEASE, HE GAVE A SLIGHT SMILE. "Maybe." Seth glanced over the other. His force presence was unimpressive. Just a normal human as far as he could tell. Though from what the others said on the base, they all murmured of his piloting skills. "My mom told me I should be thanking you. You were the pilot that was with Finn when I was broken out?" His head still ached and had a small butterfly stitch on his forehead.

IF HE WASN'T SMART, HE WOULD NOT BE WORKING IN INTELLIGENCE. Seth held the knowledge close to him for now. "It would be in your best interest." Solo commented as he stood near the wall, off to the side. "I'm all that stands in your way of being executed for war crimes." Knowing his mother, she would want a trial at least or for him to press her using other methods. "So, I would cooperate if I were you." Leaning on the wall, he still could feel the light side pull in her. "The records state being in the First Order was not your fault, Is that truth?"

HE COULD BE NICER. Seth knew he should be. If he wanted... honestly, he did not know what he wanted. Did he want to be a Jedi like Luke or something more? Solo had too much darkness in him and uncertainty. It always lurked. Ready to strike like a snake coiled. "Maybe you're right." Sometimes he shocked himself. Agreeing with felt just as wrong it did right. "I do want to believe there is light in him."

Sighing, his shoulders snagged down in defeat. There was no use in keeping up the arguing for long. He had more to him than constant opposition. "Still, he is my brother." Kylo couldn't be completely lost. Ben had to be in there, somewhere.

Maybe he was grasping what little hope there was. If he was able to reach out to his mother after so long and see the error of his ways, hen his brother wasn't lost completely. "Fine. If you slow me down, so help me." So much for being nice. "What are your thoughts on blowing up the base he was last in? It could draw him there away from Snoke." It was a plan he formulated in his mind for awhile. "We best get going. The sooner we can get in the air, the more time to plan."

"THEN THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU TO FOLLOW ME." As much as he butt heads with Rey, he secretly genuinely liked her. She was annoying and got under his skin, but unlike others - she hadn't lied to him or painted herself out to be the victim. It was admirable and a trait he would like for himself. If anything he was still learning what it meant to be on the light side and in the fight with the Resistance.

He let go of her arm as she moved away from him. Seth put his hands down and pushed off his knee to stand over her. Knowing why his mother paired them, he hadn't tried to fight too much with Leia on it. In fact, she tore him a new one and told him to be nice.

"I'm aware she knows." She could sense him halfway across the galaxy and dying. It was only time until she sent Rey after him... before he did something stupid. He was her son and Han's. It was more like a matter of time until he did something rash. "Ben wouldn't kill me. Snoke would." Well, he thought he was certain of it. It was their bond he was betting on. "You don't know him like I do." Maybe it was him being stubborn, but he had faith in his brother. Did he love him as Kylo? He didn't know. "Fine, let's do it your way and think then. Until your arm heals, combat is out of the question."

SETH WASN'T THE ONE TO CALL THE SHOTS. Leia did. Solo just worked in the intelligence sector of the Resistance now. He was trying his best to gain his uppers trust. The only thing was when he approached the interrogation, he was hit with a wave of light. It was like she was trying her best to suppress it. At one time he thought only darkness could be the ultimate weapon. That was until Snoke turned on him. Breathing out, he went near her cell and stared inside of it. "I'm sorry. It's not my call. I'm just here to collect information."

"Those are for my safety." Tilting his head, he looked at the file he had. There wasn't much on her before, but he hacked the First Order mainframe to get more. "Anya Madeline Calwyn. Born in an unknown world, but trained in the arts regardless. It seemed your father had a part in it. Is that right so far?"
