There are two types of Celtic Nation.

There's Type 1, the Free/Almost Free Ones. These are Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man and Wales. They get to make their own choices and teach their languages in schools. They are self governing in some way.

Then there's Type 2, the Trapped. These are Cornwall, and, I think, Brittany. They don't get such such freedoms, permanently stuck within other countries, England and France respectively.

And being from a Type 2, I sometimes get jealous of the Type 1's. Because they get a level of freedom and belonging that was taken from me before I was even born.

Here is your gentle reminder that the average woman should be consuming about 2000kcal (calories) per day, though this may go up or down depending on height, weight, ect. For men the average is 2500kcal, give or take for circumstance.

The minimum per day, to remain healthy is ~1200kcal.

500 calories a day is 1/4 what you need to be healthy. That isn't a calories deficit diet, that's an ED.

Realizing that my tendency to talk to myself and pace around comes from grow up the youngest child. I had no one to play with, the age gap was too big, and so I had to play with myself. If a character had a speaking roll, I had to speak it, and then reply. And, to simulate characters moving, I had to move as well, hence the pacing.

So, yeah, that's a fun thought.
