I decided to take it slow this morning. I'm still not doing much except resting and training. The docs say I should go for something like Karate or Taekwondo instead of Krav Maga and I guess that's what I'm gonna do in the future but for now, I just run and lift weights in the gym. I guess I got that going for me.

I will never understand the lack of tea consumption in western fitness & martial arts circles.

Nothing keeps you healthy like a fresh cup of herbal or fruit tea.

But for some reason, there's a complete lack of glorification of tea. Instead we have matcha-worships.

Whenever people talk about MMA - fighters from Dagestan, they say "There must be something in the water in Dagestan" - because they're so strong.

Let me tell you: there is something in the water in Dagestan. It's tea. People there still drink their fucking tea (and, admittedly, eat their goddamn buckwheat) that's why they're so strong.

Tea is underrated, believe me.
