‶ UMBRA, IS IT? ʺ Tone carries the barest hint of uncertainty, though the crowned prince doesn’t allow it to show. Instead, he simply lets his hand linger for the dog to sniff and decide whether he was a friend or foe before petting. And surprisingly enough, he seemed to be the former. How odd, he mused, for most animals normally kept their distance from him. Ah, surely it must’ve been his ‘standoffish aura’, as Camilla would put it. And yet... this dog - Umbra - seemed every bit at ease with him. But before he could voice his thoughts however, the lady suggests he meets her other furry companion. Another dog? Surely he was pushing his luck by now.
