It's an Eli Roth-directed video that leaked a few weeks ago. It was suggested that the scenes were made for a Marilyn Manson music video but Manson denied involvement so there's a probability that it's just a fan video splicing up old Marilyn Manson video footage with Lana Del Rey footage. No one really knows though. The video is pretty disturbing and graphic, you can watch it here.
