i think i know i have DID. but i cant remember my childhood very well and the trauma i did suffer as a child i dont think was intense enough to make me have DID... and i think endos arent real....what if im just making this all up or am crazy? eddie what do you suggest? :(

All trauma is trauma, regardless of the intensity. You may not think it’s “severe enough” but to others it could be. Don’t try and invalidate your own trauma. Odds are your memories could be repressed for your own safety. Don’t invalidate yourself. Seek professional help/guidance and find communities who could help you!
