I've been very out of sorts the past several days, my mental health has been taken quite a drip and I have withdrawn into myself.

Normal everyday things have taken the backseat; showering, writing, SM Post and even brushing my teeth, everything seems too much of energy.

Recently i set myself a nearly impossible challenge.

To swim 10 miles over 4 weeks all with a torn ACL, meniscus and Achilles.

Today was the last day and i only had 25 length to swim.

I have been raising money for a local family a Young mom finace and 3 children aged 8,2 and 1 year old. Mum has incurable bone cancer and wants one last holiday.

I have manage to raise $1450 and anm both chuffed and knackered.
