Only Sims 2 content here. I'm 99.9% a Sims 2 player. This is mainly a place to share lots (both CC and no-CC). You can find my CC free lots at MTS under the name Goldenbtrfly. Most of my lots will be residential, often with mixed styles. Sometimes they will be a cross-post from MTS, and sometimes not.

10 Tightwad Street

10 Tightwad would be a good place for a family starting out on a really small budget! Decorated in neutral tones, this house has three bedrooms (one empty, and one with just a desk and chair), eat-in kitchen and one bathroom.

I wanted to see if I could go cheaper with the homes - I mean cheap! What's cheaper than living on Frugal Lane? Yup, Tightwad Street , where the homes are 10k or less. Here we have meager living, but hopefully a bit stylish as well. Furnished with the necessities, you can use these homes for your straight out of CAS Sims, or perhaps a spouse/relative that was kicked out and needs to find cheap living. With any money left over, upgrades will be easy to do right away.

TV and bookcase.

10 Frugal Lane

Long time, no upload, so here we are with another Frugal Lane home! (Click on any 'Frugal Lane' to see more of them.)

As usual, Frugal Lane homes are under 20k so a family can move right in and start living. This particular home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as a lovely white and purple theme throughout. Each bedroom has a bed, dresser and desk - for either homework purposes or a computer.

If you have seen any of the other Frugal Lane homes, you know what's typically included - all the usual alarms you need to stay safe. You'll also have a bookcase, TV, easel and chess table to keep your Sims entertained and learning. As always - make it your own!

1 bathroom.

Family Home - Tan

Family Home Tan - No CC - Under 25k

I realized I hadn’t cross-posted this home to Tumblr yet, so I figured I should. :) If something is messed up, please let me know!

Here we have another Family Home, as usual under 25k in price and designed to house a full family - in this case a family of 5. Built in the mind-frame of three teens and parents living here, each teen (or child) has their own bedroom - complete with desk for homework! The kitchen is small, but functional and there are two full bathrooms to use (one with a shower and one with a tub). The living room has ample space to move around and watch TV, and even has an extra desk (perhaps for a computer). Pictures of the kids bedrooms are taken in twos - mainly because this wallpaper cuts off at the top and I wanted to show that I did use edged paper.

I hope your Sims enjoy this as much as I did building it. I really like this one.

Family Home - Yellow

Family Home Yellow - No CC - Under 25k

Hello Yellow! I needed another Family Home for a parent and two children, so I thought I would share in case anyone else can use it. As usual, this one is under 25k and comes furnished. The living room and bedrooms are decent sized (I think) to rearrange items or replace them with hobby related things as needed. There is also space on the covered deck/patio area if you should want a chess table, telescope or rearrange things for a game of darts or Don't Wake the Llama.

This home has:

3 bedrooms.

2 bathrooms (1 shared between the kids' rooms).

Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.

Deck space with a grill and hydroponic garden.

Here is a nice, little one bedroom Tightwad home for a Sim who wants to feel fancy by splashing a little marble around, but is very obviously not fancy at all. I haven't done a one bedroom Tightwad home since #4 , so I figured it was quite overdue. I hope someone can make some use of it to give a Sim a new start in life!

Frugal Lane homes are always under 20k, and this one is no exception. Built for housing three Sims, this would be a good family starter for a family with a child or teen. Sims will appreciate the two bathrooms on hectic mornings and the convenient eat-in kitchen throughout the day. The living room is a good size (I think) and has an easel, chess table, bookcase and TV to get Sims on their way to success! Decorated in neutral tones, this home should be easy to upgrade, reconfigure or just use as-is for a while. No pre-planned driveway space on this one, but you could still get one on the lot by moving things around a bit around the entryway.

7 Frugal Lane

I needed something for some Sims on a budget that didn't want to look like they were on a budget. Make sense? I hope so! Haha.

If you have seen any of the other Frugal Lane homes, you know how this part goes - two bedrooms, space for a future driveway install, eat-in kitchen and all the usual alarms you need to stay safe. You'll have to settle for a bookcase and TV for fun until you get your hands on more Simoleons, but at least you can look a bit classy while working your way up! This one has two bathrooms with showers (so I would suggest neat Sims to avoid puddles!), but you can easily remove one and make it a hallway for house expansion if desired. Nothing much more to say here, except that this one of my favorite Frugal Lane homes so far, so I hope someone else can find a use for it in some way. As always - make it your own!

Dive Bar "Tipsy Flamingo" - No CC

Bar Crawl, anyone? Let's continue with another bar lot!

Second in the series of four bars is the infamous Dive Bar. Never having visited a bar, I had to rely on movies and TV I have seen and internet pictures, but I think it turned out quite well!

Lovingly nicknamed "The Tipsy Flamingo", the bar has lots to do for keeping bar patrons engaged.

No CC - All EPs and SPs installed. (A clone of this lot was playtested with no issues as a community lot, not as an owned business.)

WCIF - bottom-only skirts for am and em

I have a friend who is starting to play Sims 2 and is looking for some bottom only skirts. I know I have seen skirts and such for males come across my dash, but I did not pay attention as to who makes them.
