*phone rings* Me: Good morning, [company name] You're speaking with Amber. Man: Can i speak to [Sales agent] please?? Me: *looks over to [sales agents] desk* shes not back from an appointment would you like me to take a message or would you like to call back. Man: no i would like to talk to [sales agent] Me: .. She's not in at the moment, but I can take your name and number and get her to call back. Man: so she's not in Me: ..... Man: .... Me: Yes that's correct. Man: Can you take a message? Me: *grabs pen and message pad* of course! Can I please have your name and number?? Man: Yknow what. I'll call later. *hangs up* Me: ....
