because why am i looking at photos of me from september (when i didn’t manifest or nothing) AND I LOOK SO DIFFERENT

i look like the same person and everything but i just look so much better. face? slim. eyes? beautiful. eyebrows? THICCCC!! hair? healthier.

and it’s not even me noticing it, my friends and family have been commenting on my looks and I AM FLATTEREDDDD

my face is also so much more symmetrical, and lowk bouta be vulnerable but i just have to say:

i used to think i was ‘so ugly’ and my face was ‘so unsymmetrical’ (even tho others literally don’t notice that shit about you i just was really drowned in insecurities and stuff) and i would try so many things; sleeping on my back, chewing on both sides, doing FUCKING FACIAL EXERCISES??? nothing worked, i felt so bad about my looks and guess what.

i found out how easy manifesting and shifting is.

i started affirming to myself everyone a negative thought would pass. LITERALLY BE YOUR OWN HYPE PERSON.

it works. look in the mirror and focus on the good, and just hype yourself up, make yourself feel good.

i feel so much more confident and i love looking at myself (this sounds so self absorbed but it’s true)

some of you guys need to realise there is a difference between your consciousness and your brain

your consciousness is you - your awareness, your essence - but your brain is just the physical organ processing experiences in each reality. when you shift, you’re moving your consciousness into a different version of yourself, one with a different brain shaped by different life experiences. that means some things won’t feel exactly the same. your thought patterns, instincts, even personality might be different because they were formed by a different life. maybe a food you dislike here is your favorite there, or a skill you struggle with now comes naturally.

“when i first shift i’m gonna be so freaked out!” well, no. the moment you shift, your consciousness seamlessly integrates into the brain of that reality, making it feel completely natural. It won’t feel like some sudden, jarring experience; it’ll just feel like you’ve always been there, like a natural continuation of your life in that reality.

“i’m gonna be so awkward around my friends at first” nope. there’s nothing to ‘get used to’ because your brain in that reality already knows them. their mannerisms, inside jokes, and history with you will feel completely natural - just like any other day speaking to your friends.

so lets cut out all of the ‘omg i met them and they realised something was off’ or ‘omg i almost had a panic attack when i first shifted i was so shocked’ because that’s just not how it works. there’s no dramatic reveal, no awkward adjustment period. you’re simply there, living as if you always have been.

Reminder: it's not the methods it's YOU.

Yes, it's always about you and never the methods. Sure there are dozens of methods to do this to do that to shift to induce pure consciousness to manifest etc etc. But what actually makes these methods work? You. Why is that every method are so different, some being the exact opposite of one another, but they work for people? Is it because the methods are "failproof"? Or is it because YOU are the one deciding that "yeah this method is failproof"? I hope you know the answer by now, If not, then it's because you're the one lowkey deciding that this method works for you. It's always about you, because you're the operant power.

Are methods needed?

simple answer: absolutely not. All you gotta do is decide, and bingo. It's done because creation is finished. Yes distraction technique yes lullaby method yes psych - k, but they will NOT work for you if you decide it won't. Don't get me wrong, the methods are AMAZING and have helped many people in their journey, but then of course some people put these methods on a pedestal and when it "doesn't work" for them they complain, like bffr. You are the one that set yourself up for failure. They work because you DECIDE that it works for you. There's still time, realise your power. Decide that you have it and move on KNOWING that you already have it (cause you do, CREATION IS FINISHED!), or keep trying different methods hoping(😟) they work for you. I'm being dead serious here, your dream life is one decision "away" from you. If you set a firm decision tonight or today that you're gonna shift/ induce pure consciousness/ manifest or that you have already shifted, Induced pure consciousness or manifested xyz, then guess what? It's gonna happen/ it has already happened. It's lowkey that easy.

now that we have established that you create your reality, how can we alter the creation that we are currently living? by changing our frequency (i don't mean being happy 24/7 and changing your vibration, that's something else). to change your frequency, you have to align your thoughts, beliefs, actions, emotions, and feelings, to your desire. in short, you have to understand that you have it already, its already yours. because as we mentioned before, nothing can enter your reality unless you allow it, unless you're aligned with it. for example: how can money come into your life, if you don't allow it/align with it, or how can suffering leave your life if you allow it/align with it.

after that, it's simple, just persist with the understanding that it is yours and nothing that the physical reality shows you is real because, in the end, it's all just an illusion that was constructed by your old story/your old frequency alignment. the physical will show you the new story/new frequency alignment, but at this point, you will be so fulfilled in the mental, that you won't be attached to it. you need to shift internally to the point where you're not emotionally dependent on seeing changes in your reality.
