When you make excuses for why it's almost impossible for you to get out of bed in the morning, when you have to hold your breath to keep the tears from coming in public, when you pretend you're sick just so that your lack of energy makes sense to others, or maybe you actually are sick from feeling so shitty, when you could go to bed at 10pm or 8pm or whatever because honestly who fucking cares. When you should probably see a therapist because almost nothing actually feels good anymore. When you feel ungrateful because on paper everything should be fine, maybe even good.
