HAIR: The color of cornsilk, her hair is mildly wavy, lending it a slightly mussed appearance. Often worn loose, it is kept on the longer side.

EYES: Heterochroma; left eye: blue, right eye: green. This genetic anomaly is hard to discern as both irises are crystalline in nature and there is only a minuscule hue difference. 

SKIN: Ivory with cool pink undertones, like the pale inside of a seashell.

HEIGHT/BUILD: Svelte at 5′8′’, Tassa stands just a pinch above average.

NOTABLE(S): No visible scars, piercings, or body art. However, Tassa is rarely seen without a flower, usually dark in color, on her person.

In the thinning moonlight of the cemetery, Tassa Solomonari could have easily been mistaken for a lingering spirit. Her fair blonde hair shone more silver than gold, and though hale and healthy, the lunar glow gave her ivory skin an eerie cast, washing her out.

She wore ceremonial robes, more dark plum than they were customary black, the hood of which was drawn back from her face.

Tassa knelt at the fresh mound of dirt covering the newly dug grave. She and her brother, Desmond, had done all they could do to usher the soul of the young noblewoman to the safety of the underworld, to see that she would not be reanimated by dark magic or that she would become trapped and tortured, between this world and the next.

She’d been a pretty thing before the mysterious illness had ravaged her body, and, well loved by her parents and her older sister. Yes, the girl would be missed but her name would eventually be forgotten and her memory will fade.

Tassa sighed. These cases hit closer to home, to know Death intimately and what it meant to die so young.

“Life is short and sometimes unfair,” Tassa speaks into the silence. “I am sorry we were unable to save you.”

She laid sweet, fragrant flowers upon the mound of damp earth. The blooms were clusters of star-shaped yellow petals.

“You’ll not know the discovery of learning something new, the loving of a man, heartbreak, the scent of a new babe in your arms, the laughter of your child.”

Tassa swept her hand over the dirt, and grimacing, she rose to leave.

“Sometimes, death is an escape. Be glad for it. Such is the sharp knife of a short life.”

Tassa is a conundrum; she prefers heat (either by body warmth of a person laying next to her or by a thick, downy comforter) and yet, she sleeps in little to nothing, with one leg out of the covers. She does not enjoy a fireplace in her room or sleeping near a fire, and as such, during the colder months, she tends to pile on the blankets... yet remains relatively unclothed beneath them when in more private settings. As a traveling apothecary and undertaker, this becomes a more difficult and sometimes keeps to more proper bedclothes.
