Help me pay for Top Surgery!
Hey guys. I don’t talk on this blog much, but I felt that since I have the largest following here out of all my social media I would reach out.
So, after years of waiting I finally have a date for my top surgery- May 2019.
The thing is, my insurance does not cover the procedure at all, leaving my family and I to pay over $9,000 out of pocket. I am a full time student and don’t have any room to work enough shifts to save even $2000 by then, and the job I do have is extremely infrequent and unreliable. However, I don’t want to leave my family to cover every expense, especially since we have to travel and stay in another state for a whole week on top of the medical costs. I don’t want this to be a burden.
In order to raise money for the surgery, I’ve set up a gofundme.
If all my followers here donated $1, I would be able to pay over half of it myself. If all of you donated just 50 CENTS I would meet my goal.
Any amount helps. Please consider supporting me if you are able, and sharing this even if you are not. I don’t want to lose my scheduled date. Also, any additional funds will go to fees for changing my name and gender on documents.
