Well I finally hit 100kg (220lbs). To celebrate I thought I’d try on my old outfit. Safe to say that it feels a lot tighter than last time. At the rate I’m going it won’t be long until my belly is spilling out of the shirt.

Well people wanted to see me try running now that I’m a little thicker. Let’s just say there was way more jiggling then there used to be, not too mention half the speed and I was puffed already😅

This shirt used to flash my abs whenever I lifted my arms slightly, now I constantly have a fat belly hanging out of it. 😅🐷
