“Isn’t that Jungkook?” Sara shouts ,pointing him out, before downing her shot.
Your heart your stops briefly, before matching the beat of the loud music. Thumping against your rib cage.
Your eyes search for him in the crowd of people, and then you see him. He was a group of people, dressed in black, his tattooed arm on show, looking like a walking art gallery. His lip glinting in the gleaming club lights as he threw his head back as he laughed. In his hand was a cup of what looked like beer. It was clear that the alcohol had already worked its magic, as he danced to music.
“Yeah, it is.” You yell back.
You couldn’t help but stare, your eyes were stuck on him now that you saw him. It felt like the rest world had gone dark and all you could see was him.
You were buzzed, but seeing him sobered you right up. The sight of him knocked the three tequila shots out of your system. You hadn’t seen him since you fucked on your couch, three weeks ago. Your eyes trail his body, you could still feel his breath on your neck. The hand that was wrapped around his cup gripped your waist. The other hand that ran through his hair, held your neck lovingly. Or lust disguised as love. His teeth tease his piercing as he listens to his friend talk. You shiver as you remember how the cold metal felt against your neck. You suddenly feel flushed, in an attempt to cool down you grab your cocktail off of the table and chug it.
“Are you okay?” Sara asks, dancing, pulling you into her, encouraging you to dance.
In an instant the three tequila shots and your cocktail takes effect. You want to shake the feeling off. You want to forget the dalliance with Jungkook. You were just friends by hats all you were. Friends who had made a mistake. It only happened because you both were feeling lonely, right? That’s all it was. And you both were drinking wine, and it was late at night. He had probably forgotten all about it. So you should too. That was the whole point of tonight. You were going out to have fun, to flirt, to meet guys. As you over your body to the music, your eyes wonder over to him once again, he was talking to a woman. She had bleach blonde hair, that was effortlessly curled. He dress hugged every single curve just right. She looked gorgeous, from what you could see. He leans in to hear her voice better. As he does, his eyes adorn his lovable smile lines. His white teeth reflect the multi coloured lights of the club. She brings her manicured hand up and places it on his chest in jest. You frown.
Sara follows your gaze. She she gently pulls your hair to get your attention.
“You’re way hotter than her.” She yells in your ear, continuously moving to the music.
You offer her a pitiful smile. Your chest tightened as you watched on further, they stayed in close proximity as their conversation went on. Only parting to lubricate their drying throats.
You didn’t want to see anymore. Sara didn’t want you to see anymore, she had ordered more shots and encouraged you to chuck down with her. You wince as the liquid burns your insides, like a fire quickly spreading through dry shrubbery.
Your eyes couldn’t help but find in him in the crowd. You tried to distract yourself by dancing or featuring in Sara’s instagram stories. You admitted you looked good. Your hair turned out great, the dress you ordered looked exactly like it did on the model. And your makeup stayed fresh throughout the night. You looked great but the inside didn’t match the outside.
Sara did her best to pull your attention, hyping your dance moves up , taking pictures of you, advising you of the best angles. But , as usual, she got too wasted and she ended up calling her boyfriend to join in on the fun. Once he arrived, even though she didn’t mean anything by it, all her attention was on him. Making out in the middle of the dance floor.
Jungkook leans on the bar as he orders another beer. He needed another one if he was going to stay out for another hour. His friends dragged him out. He had rejected their invites for the longest time, but he couldn’t when they turned up at his front door, bottle of vodka in hand, ready to paint the town red.
He had locked himself inside his apartment, sulking about you for weeks. You had been avoiding him. Sure you replied to his messages, but it wasn’t the same as before. He was devastated at the thought that he did something to upset you so badly. That you didn’t want what happen to happen but felt mutual at the time. He was ready to start something with you. You had been friends for a while, well not a while. But you had been friends. So if feelings, romantic feelings, sexual feelings, developed. He would’ve been okay with exploring them with you.
But you were scared or something. You couldn’t even look him in the eye. He missed you. His thoughts were interrupted by the bartender handing him the chilled bottle. He nods and flashes a curt grin.
He attempts to resume his conversation with Stephanie, Namjoon’s girlfriend, a good friend of his. Namjoon had some sort of lecture he wanted to attend early in the morning, so he opted out of the impromptu night out. He knew if he was seen talking to a conventionally attractive person, woman would be discouraged from approaching him. It sounded childish but if it wasn’t you talking to him, he didn’t want to be bothered.
He dragged his feet as he pushed through the people standing around the bar, hoping to get the attention of the bartender. He rolls his eyes as he walks past the plethora of guys standing in a line , leaning against the wall, gathering up the courage to speak to women who were clearly weren’t interested.
Sighing, he joins his group of friends who welcome him with smiles. Taehyung , the friend who had organised this night out, wraps his long arm around Jungkook’s shoulder, jostling him slightly, his beer splashing on the tip of his boot. He was drunk but not the type of drunk where you find everything funny, maybe because his mood was already sour. The alcohol just amplified it.
“If you’re not gonna talk to any women or let any women talk to you , I’m gonna have my fun. You see that stunner over there?” Taehyung drunkenly throws his finger forward. Jungkook follows his friend’s long finger, squinting to focus.
His eyes land on a couple aggressively groping each other against the dj booth. He knew Taehyung was sexually liberal but to openly admit that he was going to approach a couple in hopes of some sort of sexual entanglement was completely out of character.
“The couple?” Jungkook questions, slightly stumbling over his words, struggling to keep his balance as Taehyung hangs off of his frame.
“No! The pretty little thing in the black dress.” He grabs Jungkook’s face with his large hand, squishing his cheeks. He directs his head in the right direction.
“Her.” Taehyung says, letting go of his face, taking a swig of his beer.
Jungkook’s heart skips a beat when his eyes land on you. You’re talking to Sara who managed to detach herself from her boyfriend to engage in conversation. It was the first time he was seeing you in person since the rendezvous in your apartment. Since he told you that he liked you more than a friend. Since you rejected him, told him that you didn’t feel the same. Even though your actions didn’t match the words that had tumbled out of swollen lips that had previously been locked with his.
He caught himself as his gaze dropped to your lips, coated perfectly in lipgloss, plump, so kissable. The dress that you had chosen for the evening clung to every curve, long-sleeved, cutout in all the right places, your waist, and above your cleavage. It was short, if you were to bend over, it wouldn’t leave much work for the imagination. Jungkook swallows the lump in his throat as his eyes scan your body, gaze falling onto your long legs. Eventually settling on your feet, which adorned heels, making your legs look 6ft long.
Jungkook’s gawking is interrupted by a sharp jab of an elbow to his ribs. His beer sloshing onto his boots once more.
“Dibs. I saw her first.” Taehyung says.
Before Jungkook could look up from his wet feet, Taehyung had already b-lined his way to you.
He watches from afar as Sara gives you a look. A look that says ‘you go girl’, before dragging her boyfriend away and leaving you alone with Taehyung. Well as alone as you could be in a bar. Sara sits in the booth and tries to look as if she’s not watching Taehyung’s every move.
He watches as Taehyung places his beer on the table and extends his hand. You look up at Taehyung, wide eyed. You flutter your lashes. You were hooked, you were attracted to him. He could tell by the way you looked up, the way you stuck out your chest. The slight smirk on your lips. Jungkook feels his heart start to fracture.
You reach out your hand to grab Taehyung’s and Jungkook knew his friend. He knew it wasn’t going to be a simple handshake. Taehyung was too smooth for that. He watches on as his friend cages you in, resting one hand on the wall beside your head and bring your interlocked hands to his mouth, pressing his lips to your skin. The bar was dimly lit, but he knew that if there was better lighting, he’d see that expression he loved so much, where you caught your bottom lip in your teeth to try and hide your beaming smile. You confessed that you thought you looked like a child when you smiled like that.
Stephanie came up next to him, touching his shoulder, pulling his gaze away from you.
“What are you staring at? Why is there a puddle at your feet ?” She asks.
She gasps and gets closer.
Jungkook smiles and shakes his head.
“No, I spilt my beer.” He steps out of the puddle that had started to become sticky.
Stephanie looked over to where Jungkook had been staring and she saw you. The object of his affection. She hadn’t met you, but she had seen about a thousand pictures of you. Well not thousands, but she could recognise your face from the countless times you had appeared in Jungkook’s instagram stories. Or when she had walked passed you when you had been leaving his apartment. Or more recently, when he had been moping over silly picture you had taken together when you took an impromptu road trip to Gangwondo.
“Yup.” He cuts her off curtly before her ruby lips could even utter your name.
“Yup. “ He takes a swig of the bitter liquid, or what was left of it.
Stephanie studied her young friend’s face. His eyebrows were downturned, lips in a slight pout. He was sad, jealous! But mostly sad. At first when he told her about you, she thought it was just a rebound crush, just a silly little thing. You’re always weirdly really attracted to the next person you date after your ex. But the way he spoke about you was different. Obviously, she knew that he wouldn’t vulgar with her, but she listened in (eavesdropped) when he spoked to Namjoon. But he spoke about you the same exact way, nothing vulgar about his words . You made him feel like there were fireworks in head and and in his head. Like his heart was on fire. It confused it at first because he had ‘known’ you for that long. You had only been friends for three months at that point and the thought of you made his palms all sweaty.
When you slept together, he felt elated in the moment that maybe you felt the same way. But then he felt devastated afterwards when you insisted that you stay friends. He hated the fact that he made you feel bad. And he expressed that to Namjoon. Stephanie remembered how she leaned against the wall and covered her heart with her hand as she heard Jungkook sniffle.
“I’m such a bad person. “ she heard him whimper.
She imagined that he had the same pout he was sporting now.
She couldn’t stand to see her friend like this. Even if you didn’t see him in the same way he saw you, even though she had some doubts. Just from the messages you had sent to Jungkook. A few too many heart emojis for strictly platonic feelings. You were holding back, she knew you were. She had heard you on FaceTime before. You reminded her of herself when she tried to deny her feelings for Namjoon way back when they thought they were better as ‘just friends’. She was gonna get you two together. Or at least try.
“Let’s go and say hi! You two didn’t fight, right? So no hard feelings?” Before Jungkook could protest, she had already grabbed his hand and started pulling him towards the booth where you were currently sitting with Taehyung. Quite closely.
Before they even had a chance to get to the steps leading up to the booth, they were stopped by a very tipsy and angry Sara. Accompanied by her boyfriend, who lovingly placed his hands around her waist from behind, making sure she stayed on her feet as she started to sway in her heels.
“Oh no you don’t. “ Sara says loudly, voice matching the level of the music, her manicured nail coming very close to the tip Jungkook’s nose. The tall man behind her gently lowers her hand.
Stephanie pushes Jungkook back softly.
“Hey what’s your problem lady?” She folds her arms, taking a defensive stance.
Sara blinks in surprise, her eyes taking a while to recognise the woman in front of her. Her glitter adorned eyes narrow. She sees what’s going on here.
“You’re the blonde!” She shakes her hand free from the clutches of her lover. This time pointing it between Stephanie and Jungkook. Eyes narrowing , zeroing in on Jungkook.
“I know your type. To fuck for fucking’s sake. But I will not let you try and rope my tipsy, hurting and vulnerable friend into a threesome.”
If it wasn’t for the dim lighting and the occasional multicoloured flashing of strobe lights she’d be able to see the crimson flush spread across his face like a bad rash.
Stephanie’s mouth hangs open. She shakes her head and quickly gathers herself.
“What the fuck?” I-“ she is stopped when Jungkook steps forward.
As he does, so does Sara’s boyfriend. Jungkook places his beer bottle on a random table and holds both hands up, showing that he means no harm. He struggles to find words. Resulting in everyone staring at him while looked off to the side, gathering the words up.
That’s the best he could come up with?
“I mean I don’t know why you think that’s what I’m like but I’m not. What we did was special to me and it wasn’t just a fuck for ‘fucking’s sake. I miss her. I know she doesn’t want me in that way but I just need to talk to her. Plus, this is my best friend’s girlfriend. She’s basically family. She’s here for emotional support.”
Sara’s creased forehead becomes smooth and her cold heart warms to his words. For some reason she believes him.
“Oh you poor thing, she does w-“ she stops herself, she shouldn’t be the one to tell him how you feel.
Quickly apologising to Stephanie and Jungkook, she moved aside, as to welcome to the booth. That’s when Jungkook sees you and Taehyung sitting much closer than before, thigh to thigh. Your dress slightly riding up, his large hand, placed gently on your knee. You giggle as he whispers in your ear.
“I’ll be right back and then we can go.” You stand up, hoping to get through but Taehyung doesn’t stand up, he raises his eyebrows and runs his hands through his luscious brown locks.
Getting the hint, you briefly hike up your dress and straddle his legs before hopping off the other side.
What the group of onlookers don’t know is that you and Taehyung were planning on ditching the bar to go and getting some pizza. He was a good looking guy and he had all the sex appeal of an Adonis but you couldn’t get a certain someone out of your mind. Especially when you knew he was in the bar. Your eyes kept drifting during conversation. Taehyung felt it. He didn’t ever pressure anyone into anything they didn’t want to do. So he let the conversation take a friendly turn, even though he couldn’t help but be flirty. It took it him a good 15 minutes to realise who you were and once he did…It all clicked into place, your wondering eyes, the distant stare Jungkook had when Taehyung had pointed you out.
You had explained to Taehyung how you felt about the whole situation, the alcohol in your system acted as some sort of truth serum. Taehyung knew how his young friend was feeling, but he didn’t want to divulge anything, as it wasn’t his information to share. He just look at you and placed his large hand on your shoulder.
But it didn’t look like a friendly exchange to the onlookers.
To them it looked like you were ready to ride Taehyung right in front of their eyes.
Jungkook’s heart sank to the bottom of his stomach as he watched you push your way through the crowd.
Taehyung spotted his friends in the crowd and headed towards them.
“She’s headed to the bathroom and then we’re gonna grab some pizza at Jackson’s. Do you wanna join?” He throws his arm around Jungkook’s shoulders.
Jungkook doesn’t wait for one second, he bolts after you.
He pushes through the crowds of people as he follows you. He mutters a few ‘sorry’s as he makes his way through the sea of people.
The bar was quite fancy, the bathrooms were two rooms. Not stalls like a college bar, but rooms that were decorated with expensive wallpaper and delicate marble tiles.
It was as if luck was finally on his side, he watches as you enter the room, gently closing the door behind you. There was no line outside the door. So he leans against the wall waiting for you to come out.
His heart beats a thousand miles per second as he waits, his palms coating with more and more sweat by the minute. You were only in the bathroom for two minutes or so but it felt like hours to him.
The door opens. You jump as you are met with the sight of Jungkook standing in front of you. He looks down at you with an awkward smile. Before you could say anything, he reaches out his hand and gently pushes you back into the bathroom. Wordlessly, he shuts the door behind him.
You both stare at each other for what feels like an eternity. Then he speaks.
“Please don’t go home with Taehyung after pizza.” He practically whispers, his voice almost swallowed up by the bass of the music.
You scoff and cross your arms. The tequila had thrown away your usual filter. The one that softened your true reaction for others.
“Why? Jungkook, I know we haven’t been friends for long but I didn’t peg you for the type that wanted to be the only one who could be happy. I saw you with that woman. If you can fu-“ Your words are abruptly interrupted by Jungkook’s lips.
He rests his forehead on yours.
“I can’t stand to see with anyone else. Or imagine you with anyone else. Now that I’ve had you. Felt you. T-that woman-“ He gently guided your arms down. He wraps his arms around your waist.
“- She’s my best friend’s girlfriend. She wanted to help me feel better because I haven’t been myself for the past few weeks. I missed you. I know you want us to be friends. But I know you just want that because you think I’m a fuckboy. B-but I’m not. “ he rambles, you could smell the beer on his breath. But you could also smell him, his smell was intoxicating, more so than any of the alcohol you had been drinking. You had heard everything his said but you didn’t have a response, all you think about doing was devouring him.
You crash your lips against him, backing him into the door, fingers searching for the lock. Head turn in unison with the lock as it clicks in place. A guttural moan escapes from Jungkook as his arms fall from your waist and he grabs one hand full of your backside. Pulling your dress up as he did so, he could feel that your underwear was basically for decoration, a piece of string for a bit of decorum. If he wanted to , if you’d let him, he could rip them off of you. He kisses you harder as the thought runs through his mind. His tongue caresses your bottom lip, begging to be let in. He knew this was a moment of lust, much like before, but he needed you. Needed to show you what you meant to him.
You open your mouth, letting him in, your breath hitches as you taste him. He tasted like the beer he had been sipping all night. But more overwhelmingly, he tasted like him. A sweetness that you couldn’t quite describe. The bathroom was still, the only sounds filling the air being the boom of the music and the wet sounds of tongues massaging each other. Dizzy, you detach yourself from his lips, leaving a trail of wet kisses along his jaw, and down his muscular neck. Even though you were as close as you could be, Jungkook pulls you in closer, pressing his hardness into your crotch. Your dress was thin, so you could feel everything he had to offer. Biting back a moan, you suck and bite his neck. Hand travelling up to his thick mop of black hair that had grown since the last time you had seen him. You slightly tug on the now lengthy locks, earning a gasp from his bruised lips.
“I want you so bad. P-prove t-to you that Taehyung isn’t worth it. “ he chokes out.
You knew you weren’t going home with Taehyung, but it was fun to see him like this. Your free hand toys with his belt. Why did this feel so easy? Like this had occurred more than once before. Like you had explored each other’s bodies before.
“I want you to show me why I shouldn’t choose him.” You tease, lightly brushing you nose against the soft skin of his now bruising neck.
Jungkook growls, causing you to look up. His eyes that were half lidded but still round with pleasure were now narrower filled with pure lust and determination.
You let out a small yelp as he turns you around, making you come face to face with a mirror. You see yourself, lips swollen, hair tousled. A sexy man behind you.
“Look at yourself in this dress… “ his hands trail from your thighs to your waist, slipping into the cutouts. Your body flushes as his fingers dance along your bare skin.
“…you look so beautiful and sexy. “ his thigh nudges your legs open. You watch as his tattooed hand travels down to your heat. Pulling your dress up, Jungkook makes eye contact with you in the mirror.
“It was so rushed last time. I didn’t get a chance to play. “ he deep voice vibrates your whole body. He pulls your damp panties to the side.
A soft groan tumbles out from your lips as his fingers stroke your dripping centre.
The sound of blood rushing through your veins, roars in your ears.
You shake and lean back against his chest as fingers draw invisible patterns on your clit. Coaxing moans out of you. Involuntarily, you start to close your eyes out of immense pleasure but then you feel his long fingers plunge into you. Your eyes shoot open and lock on to his in the mirror.
“Keep your eyes on me. “ he says in your ear, gently biting your neck.
You groan and the fullness of his fingers and the feeling of his erection pressed into your back. You snake your arm behind you and grab his hard shaft through his pants. His breath stutters in his chest. He brushes your hand away.
“This is about you, baby.”
He moves his fingers faster, curling them up to feel that ‘special’ place inside you. You were leaking all over his hand, you could see the light bounce off the curvatures of his hand that were highlighted by the liquid coating it. His thumb worked perfectly as it rubbed your nub.
“I-I’m so c-close. “ you mewl, gazing into his deep brown eyes through the mirror, your head now fully resting on his shoulder.
He inhaled your scent, your perfume, shampoo , mixed with your sweat and arousal was inebriating. You turned your head to the side and pressed your lips against his. Slipping your tongue into his mouth, you began to shaking , unable to keep up with the kiss for much longer. What sounded like Jungkook’s name just turned into a slew of moans as you came all over his hand. Chest heaving, body jerking. Your body pulsed every time his thumb touched your clit.
“S-sensitive. “ you kiss him, not letting him pull away.
You shiver once you feel his fingers slip out. It gave you the opportunity to fully face him. You sat up on the countertop, pulling him between your legs.
You wanted to take off your clothes and take him right there but when you opened your eyes for a brief moment, the roll of toilet paper reminded you that you were in a public bathroom.
“I wanna suck you off but I’m scared that someone will call the police because we’ve been in here too long. So please just fuck me. “ you bite your lip as you look up at him with wide eyes. You feign innocence, but you knew what you were doing.
Your fingers dance along his belt buckle and pull it open, the jingling, welcoming you like a chime on a shop door.
Jungkook watches as you pull him out, this was the first time you were seeing all of him. The last time, you just sat on it, in your dimly lit living room.
Your mouth waters at the sight of his dick. It was long, thick and hard. It was leaking from the top, a small bead of precum decorating the top. You bend down and licked it off, taking the opportunity to suck the tip into your mouth before pulling away.
“ oh my gosh. If you do that I won’t be able to do what you asked. “ he throws his head back.
He gently ushers you back, your ass sliding on the cool granite of the countertop, he trails his hands up your legs and to you rapper excuse of underwear. He slides the soiled material off and lets it dangle off of one of your legs. His hands grab the back of your thighs, encouraging you to wrap your legs around his waist. His hands hold your waist tightly, as if he was scared that you would disappear at any moment. He slowly slides into your heat. His hips stutters as he bottoms out, your warmth encasing him, your essence covering him.
You groan at the feeling of him stretching you out.
He folds over in pleasure, his forehead resting on your shoulder.
“I missed you… Fuck.” He chokes.
You rake your fingers through his hair, brushing the sift strands away from his damp forehead.
He steadily rocks into you, the pace slowly increasing. With every thrust, your body quivers with pleasure, your hand drops from his hair as you no longer had control of your body.
“You feel so good.” You moan into his ear, kissing his lobe.
His hips begin to stutter, he was so close to finishing, too close. He wanted to last longer, he wanted to make it more meaningful. To him it meant so much, but he didn’t know what you were truly thinking. As the thoughts littered his mind, his hips slowed, the rhythm was off. You could feel that he wasn’t in the moment anymore.
“Hey. Focus on this, focus on us.” You put your hand on the back of his neck, bring his face from your shoulder to your face. You place a kiss on his lips.
He smiles and he knows that this was meaningful to you, you really wanted this.
He finds the rhythm again, hitting that blissful place deep inside of you, you throw your head back, leaning against the mirror, his head falling on your shoulder once again.
“Right there!” As his brushes brushes causes a wave of pleasure to wash over your body.
You hear him mutter words, but they are slurred with moans so you have a hard time trying. To decipher them, His whole body tenses and feel the warmth of his release inside you.
He relaxes his tensed body and kisses your neck.
“This feels so right. I really didn’t have a girlfriend the last time. I don’t now.” He freezes at his own words. He knew he picked the wrong moment to say it.
Hearing the words slip out of his mouth, slip you back into reality. In the moment you shared together, you almost forgot that you were in a public bathroom.
But here you were in a public restroom, sweaty back pressed up against a mirror, underwear sliding on to the floor. Bass threatening to burst through the door. A small puddle began to form underneath you, you wince at the feeling. You pat his back, signalling that you wanted him to move.
He slowly pulls out, not looking up at you. The lack of response from you was louder than the music that was shaking the bathroom walls. He grabs tissue and quickly wipes himself before moving to assist you.
You mutter a ‘thanks’,grabbing the tissue and finishing the job yourself.
His back is turned as he puts himself back into his jeans and zips them up.
You hop off of the counter and pull down your dress. You silently pick up your panties, unable to wear them, you tuck them into your purse. Turning around, you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror. Your lips were swollen, hair tousled, lipgloss, gone. You attempted to fix your hair to the best of your ability and grab your lipgloss from your bag.
Jungkook watches as your rummage through your bag.
“Are you okay?” He asks, walking closer to you.
You nod, pulling out the tube of lipgloss. He makes eye contact with you in the mirror as you apply the shiny serum to your lips. The atmosphere felt so different to 15 minutes before, when his fingers were in you and he was looking at you through the same mirror.
“You should wash your hands.” You say, before grabbing your bag and leaving the bathroom.
