I can never be normal about Hannibal touching people by the neck and turning their head into his shoulder because for fucks sake. It looks like he's both cradling them and trying to fit them into his chest, stuffing them into his mind palace to keep there forever. I mean it's like he's trying to draw them into his orbit and absorb their essence.

Yeah, sure, the cannibal would incline to consume what he wouldn't eat some other way - instinct to make whatever touches his heart a part of him forever, really, actually caging them in his ribcage but how would I then ever watch that fuckass show without being absolutely devastated every time? :(
