Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I updated this and there’s been a lot going on so I thought I’d keep everyone up to date.
My transition is temporarily at a standstill right now, due to being diagnosed with a chronic illness. These last few months the doctors found out I have both lyme’s disease and fibromyalgia. Lyme is fortunately curable, but fibro sadly is not. But I am working on ways to manage it. Unfortunately however, testosterone supplements were causing my joint pain to flare up. I’m currently in communication with my doctors about starting T again, but for now I am unable to be taking it.
Because of this development with my health, I am now legally disabled and unable to work. This means I have no money. But because I am a student, I’ve been denied benefits from the government like food stamps.
I am trying really hard to go to a four year university in the Spring, but I am struggling financially. Since coming out, my parents don’t give me any money, so I have to pay for everything out of pocket. This includes medical bills, meds, gas, school supplies, food, ect.
I know this was originally for only my transition but I’m going to officially change this to just a life fund, because I am in need of so much more than just money for my transition, though that is still on my mind. If you have anything to spare, even if it’s just a share on facebook, it would mean the world to me.
