I had no idea that when I took this picture of Dori today, that it would be my last one. She was fine one second and critical the next. We were so incredibly lucky to have her as long as we did. After CHF diagnosis, she lasted 3 years. She was 17. She was our first dog. She was so bonded to my Dad.. I know she’s in her absolute glory right now with him and Tippy and my brother. She can see again, hear again and can move her beautiful little legs without any restriction of arthritis. She’ll no longer have to take all those medications that she did not like AT all.. she can be a free and energetic spirit like she was when we first got her at 6 months. She is such an amazing Poodle. I will miss her terribly.
