I’ve literally never seen this claimed anywhere and I literally spend 5 hours a day looking at Viking age burials...also you can’t determine gender from a skeleton, only biological sex and even then at best theres a 10-20% chance at best that you’re wrong.

I’ve learnt several things this week, some good and some bad. Firstly, life is so very fragile, you may think you have all the time in the world but you don’t. We are on this earth for a very short amount of time and for some it’s even shorter. Secondly, relating back to the first thing, if you have something to say to someone just say it. Hell, even if you come across as annoying, it doesn’t matter, just do it because as I said, our time here is temporary. Thirdly, although humans can be absolutely terrible to each other, they can also be wonderful and do incredible acts and have amazing amounts of compassion during shitty times, and lastly, people deal with grief and shit situations in such a different way, which is also quite a wonder of humanity; for example, right now I have the shittiest DSBM on with a cup of strong tea writing a ridiculous rant on tumblr, others drink or cry or do a combination of loads of things. Everyone is different and everyone deals with things differently.

Fyi, this week has been utter gash.
