Met up with a friend I hadn’t seen in years while he was passing through town. He didn’t say anything about my weight but his eyes kept drifting to my belly. 😳 I might be a little thicker than he remembers..

My my, I saw how your toned stomach was and I just saw the video where your soft belly is tight against your shirt. I would be careful, I mean look at how that belly came forward as soon as you rode up your shirt. You might end up to pop one of those buttons one of these days! Imagine you stuff yourself while you are out and you just pop one of those buttons. Everyone would see how badly you let yourself go, everyone would see that soft belly you got there instead of those abs.

It is getting harder and harder to stuff this thing into my clothes. 😰 It is about to pop some buttons and come flopping out into the open.

Those flat, hard abs are long gone. Replaced by layered on jiggly fat. You used to wear jeans that hugged your trim waist perfectly. What’s it like trying to squeeze into those same clothes now?

This is embarrassing… Tried on my favorite suit. Barely managed to get the pants up over my butt but even when sucking is as much as I could, they weren’t even close to buttoning. There’s just too much of this marshmallowy fat wrapped around me! Anyone want to volunteer an extra set of hands to help stuff me back into my clothes?

You must have gotten comments on your big belly now?! You used to be peak physical form and now you look like the only exercise you get is moving a burger from its bag to your greedy mouth

People haven’t said anything directly but they stare.. 😳 My clothes have all gotten tight (again) and I get referred to as beefy or “big guy”. It’s harder and harder to suck this blob in around people.

What would you do if you saw this fat gut at the office?

That last video was pretty shocking to see honestly. I went digging around in my closet for some of my other favorite clothes that I hadn’t worn in a while. This was one of my favorite shirts and now it’s stretched to bursting just like my stomach. 😫 Maybe it shrunk?

Got a beech trip coming up in just a few weeks. I can BARELY get my favorite swimsuit closed if I suck in as much as possible. If I so much as breathe, the snap pops open. Cannot believe how out of hand this has gotten. An experimental few lbs has turned into 40+ lbs of soft fluffy fat piled around my abs. Seriously, how did I end up getting this fat?
