Do you ever dream? What do you dream? Do you have nightmares?
I rarely dream. I tend to slip into the minds of humans in the daylight world and live through them while my body is inanimate. Once in a rare while I dream. No nightmares for many centuries.
Here are some explanations of how I see the astrology chart as listed, it's very limited as I don't know much about the houses and such. Hope you're doing well going into the holiday seasons? 🧡
Rising in Virgo: at first glance, exterior is calm, graceful, well mannered, well groomed, well dressed, kind and thoughtful towards others. Sun in Scorpio Sagittarius cusp: beneath the exterior nature the inner nature is emotionally intense, powerful, with psychic depth, can seem cold or calculating if not cunning and even a bit manipulative, though usually is not, and sometimes sees life as a series of sharp edges to be overcome, even often willing to go to extremes to do this. Moon in Taurus: emotional nature is to love physical comfort, home, family, material wealth and stability, and is very sensual. Mercury in Gemini: communication ability is quick and a bit witty, fast talker and thinker, good with science and languages and generally has an absurd level of genius. Venus in Capricorn: loves to have fun in life but is also a serious and faithful person who uses these traits to enjoy well-earned success in all areas of business, romance, finance and family. Mars in Aries: naturally strong with a passionate and fiery flair and carries this wildness and strength with them in their being wherever they go. Jupiter in Leo: has luck by being the leader in whatever they do, loves to be the one in charge of business because they are naturally good at it and it is just their place in life. Saturn in Taurus: learns life lessons slowly over time that earn them a huge amount of wealth, security, luxury and comfort. Uranus in Aries: wants strongly to show their own passion for uniqueness and does not wish to feel they have to live life in a mold. Neptune in Pisces: spiritually gifted and psychic. Pluto in Scorpio: goes through many intense stages in their journey of death and rebirth cycles and finds interesting life lessons in this particular way.
You're such a complicated person. :P
This seems quite accurate to me. I shall claim it as my chart.
Sadly, I don't know my date of birth. Months and days were measured slightly differently back when I was born, and my mother didn't track such things. That wasn't uncommon though. Generally, only the royal members of our communities knew their dates of birth.
Egyptian Scarab Bracelet, from Tomb of Tutankhamun (1341-1323 BC), and was made with Gold, Lapis-lazuli, Carnelian, Turquoise and other semi-precious stones.
The scarab has been deified during Ancient Egypt. Its shape was related to the god Jepri in the graphic representation (human body and scarab face). However, normally, people referred to the scarab as Ra, the creator of the universe, one of the most important gods in the Egyptian pantheon.
What are you working on?
I'm working on life and staying in the present. What are you working on?
Waits patiently and sad...?
I'm sorry. I had a distraction take me away from checking this place for awhile.
You should follow me? :P
I thought I was already following you.
Bakw Nofer = Good worker!
Did you have a good new year? 🍾🥂👪
Do you like to play any video games? 🎮🎲
Was there a new year? Again?
I have not played any video games. I have too much work.
This is what hieroglyphs and figures in ancient Egyptian temples looked like before their colors faded. They were recreated using a polychromatic light display at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, following thorough research.
Do you think that you could ever do a Vampire TEDx Talk? 🎤
Only if vampires were widely accepted in society.
I could easily do one otherwise.
What are things you like to spend money on such as luxury items, utilitarian things, or just for fun? What is one item that you find really awesome/useful/cool that not many mortals/people/immortals benefit from?
I had a tanning bed for awhile.
I own property in almost every country.
I have a substantial collection of crystal figurines. I love glass.
What was the world like before the clock? 🕒🔆⏳
Timeless.
What is your office like? Do you use any particular way to organize such as feng shui or vastu shastra, etc.?
☕︎
I have a designer who does all my office furnishing. I prefer minimalist design, lots of space and warm lighting.
What is the earliest surviving depiction of you and/or Chrysanthe? Thanks! :)
Flavius drew some amusing stick figure sketches of us, circa 500 CE. Chrys still has them.

‘Paperwork’ from the ancient world, c. 2038 BC - 514 BC.
Writing was invented at the dawn of civilisation, a time where humans congregated to form the first ‘cities’ of the world. This new way of living involved the creation of distinct social hierarchies, craft specialization and coercive political structures. Something was crucially needed: a way to record and store economic and administrative information. This need is basically how writing first developed, about 3300 BC. It is unsurprising, therefore, that much of our early evidence for writing are records of accountancy. Above are a few examples, of varying ages, of such records.
The first example is an account of barley payments (Neo-Babylonian, c. 550 BC), the second is a receipt for silver (Achaemenid, c. 537 BC), and the third, a proxy contract for the purchase of a slave (Neo-Babylonian, c. 554 BC). The fourth tablet is a receipt of two lambs (Ur III, c. 2038 BC), the fifth an account of the delivery of animals for offering (Neo-Babylonian, c. 609 BC), and the final example is a house rental contract (Achaemenid, c. 514 BC). All are written in cuneiform.
For an excellent overview on the advent of writing, I would recommend this podcast (part of the British Museum’s series ‘a history of the world in 100 objects’).
