just got hit with the fucking thought of how "you'll never get away from the sound of the woman that loved you" is such a fucking redcliff line. with the exception of like two times (germany and the pub) grell is literally always wearing madame reds coat after pulling it off her corpse and shabbily mending the tear she'd made with her scythe. undertaker even brings it up during their fight when he sees it. she's literally never going to get away from madame red's memory when she always wears it on her back even with how it doesn't fit her right Y'ALL IM FUCKING SICK
