Bruh. Using photoshop on my new computer brings tears of overwhelming joy to my eyes. I had forgot what it was like to use photoshop and actually have it respond like you intend. And without the freezing and the crashing. It is a beautiful thing. 

This is Anna/Black Rabbit, who i have drawn before, but have never been happy with UNTIL NOW.

Ori (Orpheus) was one of my sweetest and most curious rats. She always wanted to be with you and to explore everything. She got along well with all of her sisters, and was always seemed to break up any fights that started.

I miss her a lot. She passed in the middle of the night on Easter earlier this year, and had been sick for a while. Unfortunately nothing more could be done for her, except to keep her comfortable until the end. She held on for a long time, and i was grateful of the time i got to spend with her.

Maki passed earlier this year. She was one of my first two rats. Her sister Deus is still going, I feel like she's going to go forever.

She was over two years, and was still pretty healthy but she developed a mammary tumor very swiftly.

I recently lost another one of my rats to age. Their short lifespan is the only draw back to keeping rats. It kills me everytime.

I've been working on "portraits" of each of them after they pass, so here is my beautiful Honeypot (Meli).

watercolour of a ship for one of my novels. The ship is christened Andromeda's Chains, and has an all female crew. i had fun working on this, and i'm pretty pleased on how it turned out, though i'm not very good at watercolor -.-

This is probably nothing listeners, but John Peters—you know, the farmer—he reports that the Glow Cloud is directly over Old Town Night Vale, and appears to be raining small creatures upon the earth. Armadillos, lizards, a few crows—that kind of thing. Fortunately, the animals appear to be dead already, so the Night Vale Animal Control Department has said that it should be a snap to clean those up. They just have to be tossed on the Eternal Animal Pyre in Mission Grove Park, so, if that’s the worst the Glow Cloud has for us, I say go ahead and do your daily errands. Just bring along a good strong umbrella capable of handling falling animals up to, say, ten pounds.

More rats! Annie and Ori this time; they were the second pair i got. Orpheus...is basically the rat i would think was on crack. My mom is convinced she doesn't sleep. And she adores being out and exploring and running all around you. Annie also loves to come out and explore, but she's much more reserved about it aha.

Another one of my rats as a human. Honey is my very pair-shaped not-quite-albino rat who don't take no shit. But loves to groom you. And everyone else.

iiiii decided to do a series of my rats if they were human. The first two rats i got were Maki and Deus so i did them first!

I'm really happy about how Deus turned out. Maki i feel kind of meh about, it just doesn't look right to me.
