Hello Everyone, Groovy Little Hippie Pad is shutting down. Tumblr isn’t what it once was for me. I am not talking about the change in what is allowed to be posted, I just mean that I don’t find the same pleasure in coming to Tumblr that I once did. If you don’t enjoy something it becomes a chore and Tumblr was never supposed to be that. I have enjoyed my time here and the people I met and the few that I spoke with that became friends are very important to me. I know we will stay in touch outside of Tumblr because we already do.
Thanks to everyone who followed me, who found something they liked or reblogged, In a small way you all helped me through a rough period in my life.
Over the next while I will be unfollowing blogs and removing posts so that I may clean up and recover a few things form the blog that I want to keep as memories. If I unfollow you it is not personal. I am not ready yet to delete the blog but no longer really interested in receiving posts through the dashboard while I clean up.
I will always be grateful for my time here and the people I have met.
