Today we took the robot out of the bag, worked on the arms, added another brace, and put a brace on the lower idling wheel. we then practiced driving more.

Today we finished the drivers station, organized the bins of parts, and glued together a box for buttons.

Today we continued work on the numbers, made pit design, worked on a cart that the robot can fit on that will fit through the 80" high doors that it has to go through, we also put made a brace that will help protect the circuit board that we will put on when the robot is unbagged.

Today we got the programming working and tested the robot, we found that we need to file down one of the slides and use something other than surgical tubing for the spring.

Today we finished the pneumatics and finished the slides that the arms move in and out on, the robot is almost finished!!!!!

Worked on the bottom set of arms today. Tried to use the set already on there but it just wasn't happening. Got the holes drilled for new arms and attached. Also, worked with Bethany on one of the awards.

Earlier this week I finally finished and submitted the business plan.Today we attached the compressor to our robot. I worked a lot on building for the first hour. I worked with Elsie on writing and submitting one of the awards later. -Bethany

Today we put an adjustable idler wheel in to hold the chain on the sprocket on the motor and so we can adjust it, we also started work with mounting the compressor.

Today we celebrated the birthday of one of our mentors with pizza and cupcakes, continued work on the bottom arms, and worked on the chain lift.

Today we attached the motors for the lift, put the chain on, found out that when the lift goes up the chain gets loose and skips on the sprocket, and worked some more on the lower arms.

Today we started putting on the chain and sprockets for the lift on the robot, we worked some more on the lower arms, and started working on the braces for the conduit frame.

Today we attached the slides for the tote grabbing arms, attached the conduit frame (which involved taking the wheels off to get to the screws) to keep the bins and totes from falling out, and we 3D printed a piece to go on the Rio to keep the wires organized and keep the plugs from bending.
