AB's quirk; ok so AB uses a type of American Sign Language transliteration called glossing, which means it doesn't directly translate into a phrase with every letter of the alphabet. but the rundown is, words that have signs IRL (or would have signs on beforus) are in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, words that don't or wouldn't have signs on beforus are S-P-E-L-L-E-D O-U-T. ASL also uses different grammar from english, so i try to keep that (mostly) in ASL word order. if you need help translating the quirk, please let me know!
